Starbucks in Rochester

“If I keep giving reviews to Starbucks it'll be a given that I'm addicted lol! This is a great location and my lightly iced lavender matcha made with coconut milk and dairy free cold foam was purrrrfect! Here there are no complaints when you're finicky 😊💓“

“This is by far the BEST Starbucks in town! I have had several issues with the location closer to Greece ridge mall, and this one never lets me down! I got a coffee yesterday and not only was it busy, but the staff had it out quickly! When I walked in all 3 of them turned and greeted me with smiling faces and also told me to have a wonderful day once I picked up my coffee! Tasted amazing as always! Thank you again for never letting me down and going above and beyond in customer service. This Starbucks should be a model for all locations!“

“I’m a regular here in the evenings, they know me by name. I love this location. The staff is all wonderful; they are very friendly and very quick, especially considering how busy this location is. This has always been a great store/group of people, even when it moved from where Basha is now.“

“Love this Starbucks! The baristas are genuinely kind, remember regulars, and always make my drink just right. You can tell they care about customer experience. Highly recommend stopping here! The manager is awesome, she is kind and friendly.“

“I came in Wednesday I had to say I had the best cold drink ever made for me. The girl on station around 10 am delivered what I wanted when I said extra pearls and my butterfly drink she did that but didn't add too much beyond that she made the drink what it looks like in the promos I've been to Monroe Ave Starbucks in Webster Starbucks and they have not made the drink to be the colors that you see in the promotion she made it a three levels of colors and it's was blasting with flavor . Best butterfly drink I ever had please tell me when she's working so I know to have her make it for me I came in to get the s'mores drink but unfortunately you guys are out of it I'm happy that happens. May I add the girl that made my drink around 10:00 a.m. at a detail and took her time but was making the clock It wasn't over 3 minutes or 2 minutes it was under she was very sleek with how she runs that cold station . I usually don't like this spot because of the homeless people but I'm going to come back if she's there If she's not there then I'll just order my pistachio latte but she understands what people want“

“It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“This location makes an excellent cup of coffee. The employees are super friendly and do such a good job making my iced shaken espresso. They also have the best messages written on the cups (I know they are made to do so by corporate but still appreciate it).
They are very efficient time-wise too. Thank you all so much!“

“This is the best starbucks in Rochester. They never mess up my order. It usually two women in there, they do a wonderful job and are so friendly. There was a gentleman working the other day and he did a great job also. I choose this starbucks over other when Im in Greece“

“Great. . . Location.... Love that they have lots of options for cups :) !!!!Good, fast, Friendly, service ! I'd definitely get a drink here again at this location while I shop around Target with my husband and children:)I love that they have lots of cup options! I always grab a drink here while I shop around Target ? . The staff is always fast and friendly :):) I do wish though, that they still had the lemon bread / cake slices like they used to. Maybe as the pandemic slows down; they'll bring back more of their menu items. :)“

“This Starbucks has been open less than a year, but it is very large, very clean and VERY nice. (It is probably the nicest Starbucks I've ever visited...and I've been in a lot of these stores.) Lots of nice seating and décor, and the typical outstanding coffee that Starbucks is known for. This is a great place!“

“I don't have enough words for how kind the staff was when I was having car issues in their parking lot. They checked on me multiple times, offered to call for help, made me laugh during a very stressful situation, and were just overall wonderful people. I feel terrible I didn't catch a single one of their names in the moment but the staff that was working on 9/3 at 1:30ish were top tier.“

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“

“I mistakenly ordered from the other Henrietta location. They were amazing and filled my order anyway and didn’t make me feel like the idiot I was for not checking the address in the app when I preferred online. The best customer service and the drinks were as amazing as always. Sugar free vanilla protein latte with protein foam. Can’t taste anything different than my regular lattes and get a protein boost even when I don’t have time for a meal on the run.“

“It was really great the food was hot and I enjoyed it it was real meat thank you Starbucks

Parking: There was plenty of parking there and I loved it cuz my car got

Kid-friendliness: I liked it because they had young teenagers working showing them the ropes and kids were in there and they you know we played for it happy thank you“

“The happy birthday greeting as soon as I arrived from the barista was so very nice as were the drawings on the cup!!! She really started my birthday in a special way. The drink was delicious too and even my husband commented on how much delicious cold cream topped by matcha latte! Thanks!“
