Starbucks in Rochester

“I absolutely love going to this Starbucks! The staff are so nice and friendly. They lovely notes on my cups and the smiles in the early morning make my day! Everyone is so polite and makes spending 7-9 dollars on a drink worth it! Thank you all for coming to work everyday with positive energy and smiles!“

“Very busy and high-demand Starbucks location. There’s almost always a steady flow of people, so it’s not the best spot if you’re looking to sit quietly and relax with a cup of coffee.

However, it’s a great grab-and-go location. Fast service despite the heavy customer volume, orders move efficiently, and it’s very convenient to stop by and pick up a latte on the way.

Well organized, practical, and reliable when you need coffee without delays.“

“Nice clean store with good space for customers and great parking. Service was excellent BUT please don’t do staff appraisals next to paying customers, it was. Avery uncomfortable experience and we left as soon as we consumed the food. To be clear, staff and manager were friendly but just very inappropriate to do this LOUDLY right next us.“

“From the moment I walked in the door with my best friend, we were greeted, not in a robotic way, it was more cheerful. There was a long line but I dont mind, I like watching the baristas make the drinks, food, etc. Everyone was respectful, the lady who took my order was very patient with me trying to decide if I wanted my usual or try something new, everything was explained kindly. Our order was done in swiftly. When we left we both said at the same time how everyone was so nice and knew their stuff.“

“I’m not one to leave a review for a chain as big as Starbucks but this location continues to impress me. Every time I come in for an online order, they check in with me when I walk in and if possible expedite my order if I’m a little early. Always friendly and efficient, by far my favorite in the area“

“This is the best starbucks in Rochester. They never mess up my order. It usually two women in there, they do a wonderful job and are so friendly. There was a gentleman working the other day and he did a great job also. I choose this starbucks over other when Im in Greece“

“It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“

Parking: There was plenty of parking there and I loved it cuz my car got

Kid-friendliness: I liked it because they had young teenagers working showing them the ropes and kids were in there and they you know we played for it happy thank you“

“Walked into this starbucks and was greeted with the most dazzling smile I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. So much so I almost forgot what I was doing there. But the enticing atmosphere and eagerness to further experience this interaction pulled me back into focus. The manager or assistant manager, the one who greeted me, (I assume she was a manager with how well she conducted herself and greeted me) named Taryn, was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt like I could talk to her all day. She answered every question above and beyond expectations and just made me feel so welcome and important. Like family! As did the rest of the staff! The store was so clean and organized. The drinks and food were top notch! I am impressed.
Everyone there seemed to experience the same as myself. I noticed every customer got the proper amount attention and care from all the employees. How they have managed to work so hard AND make time for the customers to feel so important, I don't know. It was like magic.
I've gone to a lot of Starbucks and this was by far the best experience I've had.

“The two gentlemen working 11/12/21 (Josh and someone that I didn’t catch a name) were EXCELLENT. Josh helped me pick a great drink and the other gentlemen made it so yummy! That’s for being so nice to someone who doesn’t usually drink coffee.“

“The only issues I have had going through the drive thru is that sometimes they do not get special requests correct (switch in water for lemonade). Today, I went inside for the first time. It was extremely busy (expected). What I didn't expect was for the group in front of me not to have their order after 15 minutes of waiting. I had to walk out after paying to make it to work on time. I guess doing mobile orders is more important than filling orders of people actually physically there because that never dropped below 5 finished orders. SMH.“

“I’m a regular here before work and on my lunch break. This is a great store. They are very quick and friendly. My only note is that there seems to be a lot of employee turnover here. This makes it hard to establish the “third place” feel that Starbucks is known for, like getting to know your baristas. Regardless, the team clearly knows what they are doing, because this doesn’t hinder their service in any way. Love it here, keep it up.“
