I have been a customer for years. just now, like every Wednesday, I picked up a latte. I didn't notice the weight of it. but took off the lid so it would cool enough to drink it. it was half full. with a hair stuck inside the cup. not mine, mine is blond. it was dark brown.so, almost at 6 bucks for half a cup of coffee that was undrinkable.
