Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rochester

“I love chipotle and go to many different ones around Rochester. Every time I go to this location they impress me. Incredible consistency with cooking the food the way it was supposed to be cooked. I only go to this location now, even if it is a little out of the way. Thank you to whoever trained the cooks! Best Chipotle in Rochester hands down from a hardcore Chipotle fan!“

“Walking in, it looked clean. Welcoming people and good customer service. No line and good team work. Outside, most tables were dirty but we found a clean one.

$43 for 2 xxl burritos. My husband and I couldn't finish them they were so large. I got two scoops of rice (he got 3), 2 scoops honey hot chicken (he got 1 honey and 1 plain scoop), peppers, corn, tomatoes, avocado, a scoop of Queso Blanco (which looked old), some shredded cheese, sour cream and my husband remembered to get lettuce. Now mine was big but my husband's was huge, they needed another wrap to close his. I must say they are very skimpy in the servings, we had to ask for more of everything we wanted an equal portion of. Hence the $43+.

Now as for the taste, lots of flavor. I could taste the cheese, the sweet and spicy chicken, the corn, and the avocado all blended very well. It was absolutely delicious to me. My husband on the other hand said his chicken was dry over cooked and chewy and not that great. He loves the hint of hot honey chicken flavor. Overall I gave them a four out of five stars, my husband gave them three. So that sounds like a 3.5 out of five stars, which sounds about accurate based on other reviews we've read. This place seems like a hit and miss and for me it was a hit for my husband it was meh, ok. I'm not so sure we would try them again only because of reviews we've read after eating there. I pray we don't get sick or get anything weird in the rest of our food.“

“Quick, clean, and when you want to eat fairly healthy and are stuck with only fast food options , they are it!!

Vegetarian options: They have numerous options, including protein choices that are meatless.

Dietary restrictions: I have soy and gluten allergies and have no problem finding decent options, including meatless.“

“Great food, super friendly and helpful staff. The times I've been there, there has been a bit of a wait - five people in the queue, it goes down, and then builds back up. But the staff does a great job of keeping all the food - refried beans, corn salsa, etc. -- fresh and available. Parking and getting into the lot from Mt. Hope Northbound is not that easy, but not bad.“

This whole place has gotten so much better the last two years, we used to avoid this location, no offense, now I’d say it’s a top 3-4 location in all of Rochester!
