They run out of certain items. Behind the counter is not clean
This Chipotle has become the worst location in Erie. We ordered online tonight. Upon arrival the girl was extremely rude to us while we were trying to pick up our online order. The food was not “normal” chipotle and was unusually spicy tonight. Almost inedible. Our chips were stale. The queso was water. They also forgot the dressing (like they always do) for the salad that was ordered. This location is becoming the new 12th street. We won’t be visiting again.
Why is it this chipotle feels it’s cool to complain about work in front of customers. Yelling and using bad language very unprofessional. It seems the manager could care less. For how slow it to be slow and floor and tables dirty. No excuse for it. Seeing a people eat on the line. If they don’t care what the front looks like. God only knows what the back of the restaurant looks likes.
