Chipotle: where the burritos are big, the guac is extra, and the queso is MIA. I felt like I was on a treasure hunt, searching for that cheesy gold only to come up empty-handed. Next time, I'll bring a metal detector... just in queso

Disgusting! Gross! Where do I start!? Horrible service! Dirty restaurant! Horrible food! I won’t be retuning to a place where I got treated with an attitude from the employees. Who don’t listen well and put lettuce on your burrito bowl when you don’t ask for it! The employees gave off this vibe that they didn’t want to be at work and seemed very unhappy to be working there. That mood transferred to me the customer. The cashier left me during my transaction to pay while another customer interrupted me to ask him for forks. He kept me waiting there for 5 min to get her forks and didn’t even communicate that to me. The girl prep wrapped my tacos poorly. The aluminum foil didn’t completely cover my tacos. So I asked for her to re-wrap them for me and all she did was place another foil over the original one and then slammed my tacos face down with attitude! Just so rude! If you don’t wanna work there then DONT but don’t let me the customer pay for your unhappiness. Do your job right the first time and I wouldn’t have to correct you and ask you to put more thought into taking care of the food I put into my body. The restaurant was just a mess especially the prep area! Can we say, Cross contamination! This girl was walking around with a queso laddle that was dripping all over the floor! Was I being punked!? This restaurant is a mess and won’t be returning for my health. The health people should go in there and not approve the cleanliness of this place. My tacos were soggy/ wet! It was just gross in every aspect! Terrible experience first time there. Disappointment! Update: I picked up an order today and the girl was standing at the cashier doing nothing and I asked if they had the order back there because no orders were out on the shelf and she said one minute and continued to stand there doing nothing. Two workers in the back talking and laughing while there were 4 people trying to pick up orders that they leave behind the counter because g boy said people steal them.
Atmosphere and Service are probably fine for most people. I prefer sit down restaurants, so I never love waiting in line , especially when the servers are hard to hear. There are a lot of fast food restaurants that I have stood in line for, but they usually offer clear menu choices, requiring less communication. Just not comfortable here.

Chipotle has good food and decent prices.But this Location on West ridge road is always a madhouse.Line literally out the door worker's look overworked and frustrated phone won't stop ringing.I advise to stay away from this place between three and close

It was filthy inside. Everything was thrown together like we were in some sort of slop line. My husband threw up for 2 days after eating here for the first time. We will mot be coming back.
Worst chipotle location, I almost order from here 4 days a week and there’s one in a ten chance they get your order correct. I feel they intentionally mess up the delivery orders and food is never in good condition.

Don't think I'll order from this location again 2nd time I've ordered online and didn't get fully what I ordered. Last time cant remember fully what was missing, but this time didn't get peppers and onions and medium salsa in my meal along with the other order not receiving peppers and onions with theirs. Also were very skimpy on what they actually got correct. For what fast food employees get paid you'd think reading an order and prepping meals based on what you read wouldnt be difficult.
