“I hate to give a 4 when it’s a 4.9 after so many reviews but I just have to be honest. The owner was very nice. The $7 bubble wand is PLENTY for one person, I can’t imagine needing more than that. I just didn’t like the taste of it that much. The edges were described as crispy but they were just fluffy to me. Very nice people and definitely a generous portion for $7 but the s’mores flavor just wasn’t very good.“

“I’ve always had wonderful experiences at this crumbl location, on both sides of the counter! As a die-hard crumbl fan, I like this location the best in Rochester. This week I tried the Dubai chocolate cookie with crispy pistachio, it was simply fantastic. The cookies are always beautiful, and I’ve always had kind and prompt service from staff. Such a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!“

“I had a custom cake made for a 1st birthday. It was the most AMAZING cake we've ever eaten. Tammy baked the most delicious, moist, flavorful cake! Will be using them for all our special days in the futre.“

“Ran in to grab a shake as I was in a hurry and was in and out in less then 5 minutes with a line.Fast service, very polite staff and well priced shakes. Peanut butter banana is what I went with in the picture below. Definitely will be back.“
