NYC CREPES-N-SHAKES is a favorite dessert place in Rochester. The restaurant offers crepes, shakes, desserts, and fruit pastries. The Dubai shake is amazing, and the fruit pastries are fire. The crepes are gorgeous with fun toppings like peanut butter cup and chocolate strawberry, and the crepes are not overwhelmed by heavier sauces. The Karak Chai is some of the best chai. The display and options for desserts, crepes, and shakes are incredible. The place is so nice inside with a beautiful ambiance reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland. The cotton candy cube amazes kids with different shapes. The staff is super kind, helpful, friendly, inviting, personable, and patient. The service is great and the food is amazing. The owner is friendly and inviting. The cashier is very personable. Apple parking is available.
