I went to Carmen’s cooking for the first time this afternoon with friends. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the owner Andy. He is such a friendly host! He took the time to point out what the foods are, what combinations they come in and answer any questions I had. The food was absolutely wonderful. It is authentic and down home Puerto Rican cooking. Another great takeout dinner from Carmen’s Cooking tonight. We had the chicken and Beyond beef empanadillas and lots of rice with a side of great conversation. Just what I needed tonight. So glad they are in Brighton.
