Burger King in Rochester

“This Burger King is located right behind Exxon Mobil gas station pumps in separate building which houses Exxon Mobil store items and one can walk thru to Burger King seating area and ordering kiosks . So there are two entrances in this building one for Burger King and other for Exxon store. See photos regarding Burger King wheelchair excess parking spot at entrance.“

“Everyone we have encountered at this Burger King is absolutely amazing!!! Friendly, funny, kind!!! I know it's 'fast food ' but if you are having a tough day and need some good energy... this is the place!!

“This one is always such a good location. The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh and it always comes out in a timely manner. They also get the orders correct.

I do wish they had air conditioning in the building since some days it's a little hot and sitting inside to eat should be comfortable (unless maybe the air conditioning isn't really working as well today)“

“Please—if you are a smoker—wash your hands before serving customers. This happened to me recently: I went out for breakfast, and the staff members were smoking outside; they walked right back in and started serving without washing up. The managers here should enforce this, and hand-washing should be made mandatory. It is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. Do whatever you want in your own homes, but when serving the public, be clean—because things like that are repulsive.“

Mickey and I had a tradition—every night, without fail, we’d roll up to the Burger King in Rochester, NH being the hugest fans of the legendary Hershey Pie. Mickey, my four-legged partner-in-crime, was always the real star, working the drive-thru staff with his big eyes and shameless pie-begging skills. They may not have known us the longest, but they sure treated us like they expected to see us as the night before.
Even on our last visit together for they did not know what was to transpire that next early morning, their kindness and warmth stood as always, as it should.
They did not just hand over food they served up genuine smiles and never once judged me for enabling a dog with a probable Hershey pie addiction . Mickey and I always ordered two Hershey pies, no questions asked. And that’s a tradition I refuse to break
. No matter what, ill always get two one for me, one for him ”and for a second, I’ll still glance to my right and tease him like I do, as if hes there, plotting a pie heist from beyond the grave.
Thank you for not judging for ”Mickey is a legend in his own right just like the pies protecting the good we all have inside us but that most will never know until you take that first bite!!

And when you roll up to Burger King in the After-Beginning of Life after me, of course asking for a couple pies! Mickey will be at the window, smiling with an apology “Two Hershey Pies? OVER MY DEAD BODY!🙃”

(Hey a side point you would not believe what we did a couple nights later) he didn’t have too much to say but we had a fun night as always and yes I teased him, he had a frozen ( literally!) smile on his face and I know what he was thinking!🙃“

“Been to this location about 5 times this year and it’s always great. They are fast, employees are always super friendly and the food tastes great. It’s rare to get all 3 from a fast food restaurant. Also if you haven’t tried the breakfast food give it a shot.“

“I love that this Burger King lets you customize your order. Things like extra onions and light mayo, make or break a burger for me and I so appreciate the time this location puts into making the burger just how the customer wants. The floors are pretty sticky last I went inside, so I don’t make a habit of going in. Other than that, the staff is always excellent and there’s just nothing quite like a Burger King burger from THIS location. The ones I occasionally get elsewhere are always a let down. It’s honestly so shocking to me how much a difference it makes getting it from here that I had to write a review.“

“I did not catch the name of the woman working there today. She was the only one there and she worked so hard Not only taking every order, but cashing everybody out and making everybody's food and packaging it up.She definitely deserves recognition or even a raise. I've been to other Burger King locations where they had plenty of workers and the food did not come out in time or was not fresh.Not only did she make my order correctly, my food was hot and fresh and she was very kind about being the only employee there.“

“5 stars for atmosphere because I'm grading on a curve. You have to be careful around rochester in fast food places. A lot of them can be really shady. This ones good though. Service got 4 stars because I had to pull up and wait, so less than perfect. But still pretty good. They got my order right, and thats the important thing.“

“So I'm sitting at home and while on my phone the 3.99 burger special pops up headed down placed my order for a impossible burger which was very fresh so much that it didn't make it home definitely will be on the look out for the next go around keep up the good work thanks🙂“

“I would like to complain. The service at Burger King today was not satisfactory. When my friend requested the zesty sauce, the person taking our order replied with ‘of course you want the zesty sauce’. That caught both me and my friends off guard. It was very out of pocket and quite rude. And THEN. My friend had to wait a long time for her fries. I know if my good friend, Jacob, who works at this establishment, WAS working at the time, he would not have let that slide. I give it 5 stars because he is holding this place together“

“I actually had a great experience. It was a rainy day and I was walking and was able to sit and eat and wait for the rain to die down. The staff was nice, even with a banned customer. I recently just moved back to this area and I love whoppers, so I'll be back lol“

“I only use the drive thru's.I do prefer the flame broiled flavor of Burger King burgers over all other fast food burgers.And i love the crispy chicken sandwiches (I do prefer the old chic sand sauce much better though).The new halfsies is great! but the onion rings are often soft/under cooked (kind of gross).The drive through employees spiel has improved lately -12'23. Leaving little room for 'individual attitude'. So that's nicer.Honestly, sometimes the food's not hot enough (the burger patty isn't hardly warm) I've started ordering things 'well done' to hope that they're at least fresh & that the fries might be crispy (which is rare!).Overall, still the best burger!

Vegetarian options: I'm a meat eater, but i tried and I like the impossible whopper - tastes the same as the flame broiled whoppers. Only specifically vegetarian option that I'm aware of.“
