“We moved to the Rochester area in late 2021, and have had our birthday celebration meals at BLACK AND BLUE and have not been disappointed -- not once. The steaks are some of the best I have ever tasted, and they do not "gouge" you with their prices like some of the other local steakhouses. You won't find a better value than here.“

“Fish fry dinner was tasty. Unfortunately, due to being take out only, it won't travel well if you've got a further drive. Crinkle cut fries could have been crispier in my opinion. Haddock was good and batter was on point. Very simple operation with other seafood options including scallops and fried shrimp as well as chicken fingers. There's an ATM near the door in case you need to get cash. Not the greatest location, unfortunately, so be vigilant of your surroundings.“

“Lauren guides us thru the menu at Rella for a brilliant meal, Lachs on matzo with a Dijon and caper signature, chilled Eastern oysters, shrimp with the most delicate tortellini imaginable. A floor show of owner/chef Mark Cupolp guiding his sous chef thru a new preparation. Splendid!“

“This is the main spot where I come and buy my crab legs. The great thing about this location is that they sell them by the box. Or you can just have them weigh the amount you want out for you.Customer service is always a pleasure here. See you guys soon?“

“My friend and I went there for dessert and a beverage. The selection was outstanding. I ordered the Viennese Mirangue Torte, it was delicious. My friend has the raspberry cheesecake, she said it too was delicious. The service & attention from the waitress was excellent. We are planning on going again.“
