By Far an Outstanding Event, Venue, and Service. The Atmosphere and In This Space Is Very Chic and Quaint W/ Vintage Accents. “This is a great place for cocktails. They have a certain number on draft but can also make anything you like. I've never been a fan of martinis, but on a whim I tried their signature drink which happens to be a martini and honestly I was blown away. It was smooth, with just the right amount of bitter and sweetness making it incredibly well balanced.“

“What an absolute gem! 💎 the best food (tapas) and wine selections in the area. They offer local to international wines, and the food is made to order and cooked to perfection! We’ve been twice and are going back with friends to share the experience. Our first time was taking our daughter there before she moved to Spain 🇪🇸 and again for our anniversary 🍾🥂. The shaved asparagus salad, grilled octopus, duck, corn dog and chicken shawarma were all excellent! I can’t wait to go back to try more!“

“I have been to La Bola a few times for lunch and love their sandwiches on foccacia. Recently I went to a holiday party there and it was out of this world! What a cool place to have an event! They put out several different spreads to graze on, one was an eggplant and fig foccacia- fantastic. I also really enjoyed the craft cocktail options they had for the event which were winter themed. I will most definitely be back for lunch (or dinner) and I hope to get to go for an event there again.“

“This is a niche spot, the food is always amazing and fresh. They have great wings and you can tell the bartenders are experts; the drinks are some of the best in rochester. They use fresh fruit and garnishes.
Small but quaint, pristine bathrooms and excellent service.
Usually need reservations for a table. Not too fond of the credit card requirement to book a reservation, however you can usually get a seat at the bar with no issue.
10/10 would undoubtedly recommend!“

“Incredible sweet potato fries in a historic firehouse!
Hose 22 Firehouse Grill has such a fun and unique atmosphere. It’s a beautifully restored firehouse, and the classic decor throughout really makes the dining experience memorable.
The absolute highlight for me has to be the sweet potato fries—they are truly TOP NOTCH. I still get a vivid memory of that taste every time I look back at our pictures from that visit! The food is consistently good, and the staff does a great job maintaining the historic charm of the building. If you are in the Rochester area and want a great meal in a one-of-a-kind setting, this is a must-visit spot. Don't skip the fries!“
“I came for Pastry & Coffee, and decided to have a light lunch of Chicken Salad Platter. The Chicken Salad was delicious, fresh. The Salad Greens, Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms, refreshing and crisp Viennese Merengue Torte soft, creamy not too sweet. Service was nice and attentive.“

“Went right at opening and the owner and staff were taste testing dishes for the evening. It was great to see how much the owner and staff cared about the food.. Lily was the server and she was knowledgeable on the wine and food selection. I noticed they do allow bringing your own wine if that interests you. The oysters came predressed, which I didn't like at first but changed my mind once I ate, just don't put lemon on the vinegar dressed ones! Mussels were awesome, could've drank the broth. Octopus was actually a pasta dish served in a red sauce, doesn't say this on the menu, I only ordered because I saw the staff sample it. The clams looked amazing but was unfortunately too full to try. All in all great experience and will be back!“

“We recently celebrated our anniversary at Pane Vino. They provided us a very quaint seat overlooking the river. They have done a nice job masking the noise level of their beautiful interior that is full of character. We interacted with 4 staff that were all very personable, professional, and efficient. The food was all exceptional and the wine list very nice. We were impressed that the owner checked on us several times, he definitely cares and pays attention to detail. We plan to return here on our next visit to the area.“

“Flight has wonderful hosts, bartenders and and large and varied selection of wines. Sue's wine suggestions are spot on! It's friendly and warm atmosphere. The patio is wonderful! They don't serve hard liquor. If you like wine, Flight is the place to go! If you want to try it come out on Sept 4 from 4 to 7pm and Sip for a Cause! Flight is generously donating 20% of their sales to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy to help end Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.“
