“Wife and I came for lunch both ordered seasoned rice for one of our side dishes. Unfortunately it was way too salty. Couldn’t even eat it. Was never asked if we wanted a different side dish to replace it. But yet paid for 2 side dishes. Understandable that the restaurant was busy and the waitress was stressed. But it would have been nice to try something different.everything else was good“
“My wife and I traditionally go here for our anniversary. We heard that the place had gone downhill under new ownership but resolved to try for tradition's sake. The rumors of Tournedo's demise are greatly exaggerated. The food was as good as ever. I had the Wagyu strip and it was fantastic. My wife had the trio of filets, and those were great. We also had the 1000 layer potatoes, and those were excellent. The service was very attentive. I think 6 separate servers came to our table at various points, all with smiles and good attitudes. They even brought over an additional loaf of bread because it had just come out of the oven. (That was also really good too, with the garlic confit.) The makeover of the dining room was nice. It still looks like most other high end steakhouses, which is fine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If they were having problems with the change in ownership, they've clearly ironed them out. We had a first rate experience all around.“

Mine experience the waitress, not everybody, he was rude, they just pass next to the table without paying no mind, That we're sitting there, so we just waiting for the service that we never get. We need to get up,And ask somebody for the Food, Cause the Waitress do not bring anything to the table,Plus I think they should cover the hair cause it's 2 times in a row that I find hair in my salad.“
“I’ve lived in Rochester for over 15+ years now and it wasn’t until recently I tried Delmonico’s. I assumed with it being right across from MCC it would be packed with college kids and cheap food. Boy was I wrong. So wrong, I came back a second time just days after. This place is “the cream of the crop” when it comes to steak and service. We’ve been extremely pleased with their food and the service has been so amazing. Our waitresses have been super nice and attentive (not just checking in once and no where to be found for the night) and the managers are working hard, not just standing around. They even have checked in on us and taken plates off our table. Plan a night out, enjoy a great meal with fantastic service!!“
“This place is very popular on a nice summer evening since they have a large outside bar and patio for seating. We arrived at 5:30 on a Wednesday and we were told there was a 30-40 min wait for a 4 person table, also the parking can be challenging, so get there as early as possible.The wait time was accurate, however not all tables have umbrellas, ours was under a triangular cloth which we thought would work. It was a hot, sunny and muggy day and the cloth wasn't covering our entire table, so we asked if we could sit inside and we were told they don't serve inside?!? I'm not sure why they don't utilize their air conditioned inside dining on a busy, hot night with a wait for tables. More than a few groups left when they were told how long the wait was.I had the Bang Bang Shrimp and it was very good! I also ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings on the 50¢ wing night special and was told there would be no takeout box provided for any leftover wings?!? I understand they don't want people getting greedy because of the great deal, but to throw out food instead, what a waste! Maybe a per person or per table limit would be more appropriate?Now, back to the wings, they were a good size, but over cooked and very dry. All of the sauce (not much Parmesan or garlic and mostly butter) was on the bottom of a paper covered plastic basket, I couldn't even try to dip them at the bottom of the basket without getting parts of the paper stuck to my wing. They didn't look like they were even tossed in the sauce and tasted like a plain fried wing.About 1/2 way through our meal, we were surprised with an unexpected downpour sending people running for cover into the inside bar and also a small rectangular covered area attached to the building. Since we had no umbrella, our food was soaked pretty quickly and we waited inside for our waitress so we could pay and leave. This was not their fault, but more umbrellas would be a great addition to the outside dining area, those people were able to shield themselves along with their food and drinks adequately from the rain.“
“Everything was great service, The food ..but I'd like to give a big shout out. To one special employee "Blake" I hope i got name right!! we were leaving at around 6 and he was just getting off of work, but it's raining very hard outside and he walked me to my car with an umbrella so I wouldn't get so wet. “We came here for a business dinner from out of town. The hostess adjusted her seating chart to allow the 5 of us to sit at a nice round table vs. a booth which we very much appreciated. Sam waited on us and this was nothing short of white glove service. The smiles, laughs and expert advice on the menu and available wine bottles made us feel so well taken care of. The food was perfect from start to finish for all patrons present. A slight mix up at the end of the night with a take away lost for our guest of honor resulted in Sam securing us an extra short rib and mash potatoes of course to close out a perfect evening. Sam is the best! Thank you to the Char team for a wonderful evening!“
“This location is good for the carnivore or herbivore.The meat choices include filet, pork, chicken or lamb.The dinners include the garlic mashed potatoes, the Brazilian cheese bread and the incredible sweet fried bananas.The salad bar is huge with salmon,shrimp, cold cuts, cheeses, potato salad and the delicious Lobster bisque. There are many yummy choices for dessert, I got the the carrot cake and it did not disappoint.“
“Last night around 830 my boyfriend and I went to Longhorn to eat. We usually do Chilis and Texas Roadhouse but figured we’d try something different. Our first time eating together at this location. Our server, Autumn, was absolutely amazing! I ordered the strip and he ordered the filet and lobster. Mine was supposed to be medium rare and Autumn rang it in as it was supposed to be. It came out medium well bordering on well. My boyfriend and I are both servers, and we rarely send food back, but Autumn rectified the situation and the second steak came out perfect! She even brought an extra baked potato for the trouble. Silly me had a problem with one of my gift cards, but she did great in explaining it to me. Every restaurant needs an Autumn!! She made a return customer out of us and we’ll be back requesting her.“
