“Of all the options for lunch in Rochester, NY (and there are hundreds), this is CLEARLY my go-to location in Gates. The store is bright and clean, including the tables, chairs, and restrooms. The rolls, cold cuts, dressings, lettuce, etc, are always fresh and delectable looking! And I love being a club member, where I accrue points for application in the future each time I visit. Nate does a good job, and the girls are ALWAYS sweet, friendly, and accommodating. They make it seem like they enjoy their work and meeting the customers, and that is no easy task! My favorite of them all however is Kayla, Jersey Mike's Director of Operations..I think I'm in love with her. If only I were 30 years younger!“
“This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! You have to go today.Parking: Large plaza with plenty of parking and wheel chair accessible spots“
“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. I’ll definitely bring the family back soon! GREAT JOB!“
