I was an emotional mess when we first met to talk about food and couldn't make any decisions, but Julia assured me that every detail would be covered, and that I could call her personally at any time with questions or requests. And I did. Julia came up with a wide variety of menu items that my husband loved to eat-- as well as what my many grandchildren, and gluten free and vegan friends would eat-- and decorated in colors that reflected him. It was a beautiful spread! While saying "thank you, I love you and goodbye" to one's lifelong partner is the ultimate in challenging life events, Julia and her catering family (biological and work fam) made the evening infinitely easier on me... “Absolutely out of this world food, communication, professionalism, and service. I filled out the "contact us" at 430 on a Friday and had a response before 5. Our wedding guests raved all night about the food and we are still getting compliments days later. The range of food types was incredible as there were multiple allergies to worry about, plus FBD taking diabetic and heart health conscious guests needs in mind. I'm currently drooling thinking about what we ate. Test tasting their food was also wonderful. Even going on a not empty stomach, we cleared our plates.
