“Madeline's catered dinner for my daughter's wedding this past Saturday (9/19/26) and our experience was a 10 out of 10 across the board! The food was excellent. Many of our guests not only complimented it, but wanted to know who catered so they could use them in the future. It was hands down the BEST buffet I've ever had at any event! Madeline's staff was also top notch. Attentive, yet inconspicuous. The team lead went out of her way to personally make plates for our guests with mobility issues. This type of genuine care and customer service is rare these days and it was appreciated so much. If you need a caterer, stop looking and book Madeline's - you will not be disappointed!“

“Caribbean Heritage catered a huge event I put on at my job for over 200 people. The food was delicious and everyone gobbled it up! The communication was great and made a hard job much easier. They were even able to add on a bunch of extra food at the very last minute. A wonderful experience all around and I highly recommend!“

“We were a party of four and had a variety of menu offerings. The facility was spotless and the bathrooms were immaculate. The counter staff were uniformly willing and able to help. They were very friendly and engaging. Everything was fresh and delicious. We live in the Chicagoland area and have been to Israel and the food here was every bit equal to both places, and with a reliable and trustworthy kosher certification. Highly recommended.“

“Absolutely out of this world food, communication, professionalism, and service. I filled out the "contact us" at 430 on a Friday and had a response before 5. Our wedding guests raved all night about the food and we are still getting compliments days later. The range of food types was incredible as there were multiple allergies to worry about, plus FBD taking diabetic and heart health conscious guests needs in mind. I'm currently drooling thinking about what we ate. Test tasting their food was also wonderful. Even going on a not empty stomach, we cleared our plates. The whole experience was quaint and efficiently run. Their folks not only set up quickly and smoothly, but serviced our tables, assembled in house so everything was fresh, and everyone was personable beyond belief. Thank you all SO much for being part of why our wedding was such an outstanding success 💚💜“

“Julia K just catered my husband's Celebration of Life service at the Memorial Art Gallery. I was an emotional mess when we first met to talk about food and couldn't make any decisions, but Julia assured me that every detail would be covered, and that I could call her personally at any time with questions or requests. And I did. Julia came up with a wide variety of menu items that my husband loved to eat-- as well as what my many grandchildren, and gluten free and vegan friends would eat-- and decorated in colors that reflected him. It was a beautiful spread! While saying "thank you, I love you and goodbye" to one's lifelong partner is the ultimate in challenging life events, Julia and her catering family (biological and work fam) made the evening infinitely easier on me... Julia even tracked how I was doing and brought me food and drink when she knew I hadn't had any. She's a jewel!“

Our research included conversations with at least five (5) Rochester-area catering services before meeting Lindsay McGrail, chef and owner of Green Zebra Catering. Our conversation with Lindsay started with her asking us about favorite food memories and experiences of the guest of honor. That singular question said it all. It represented her understanding of food both as an experience and as a pleasure in ones life that goes above and beyond simply choosing items off of a menu. Over 60 people attended this event and everyone we spoke to said the food was delicious and the presentation and service excellent. Truly! Working with Lindsay was a delight. Every question we had was thoughtfully and respectfully considered and resolved to meet or exceed our expectations.
