Caterers near Fairport

“Mark and his team did a wonderful job with our event last night. The menu was creative, the service was great, and the room was beautiful. They were so helpful and went above and beyond!“

“Started getting the frozen meals for my 87 year old mother about 6 months ago. She loved them and her aides appreciated how easy they were to prepare. Much better quality than any store-bought frozen dinner and portion size was big enough for 2 meals for mom.“

“Wegmans family has built a gem and we love the store, but it was not a pleasant experience for this Christmas. To much virus what if drama, which the stores use to raise goods so high for the working class. No one is giving the working class huge government food voucher. So, does that give you the right to charge $45.00 a pound for scallops, or the high Cheese prices, meat?....There is no shortage.... The huge greed and "virus" drama only hurts the WORKER! How many people do you think makes $45.00 a hour to buy the scallops? So, ...this is the first time our family has went without the splurge of treats from your store. Yet, the government fed eat like a King!...'what a racket".! And your pocket is full.... And the Worker juggles and walks away from the treats! We greatly appreciate the store staying neutral on the "face diaper"!....No haphazard bin's to dispose the "germ" masks in?.... Sun kills it, remember?.....We all need to breath, especially when working!... Sincerely.....A worker“

“All of the staff that we worked with were amazing, quick to answer any questions we had and the food was excellent. Many of our wedding guests have reached out to ask who the caterers were because they were so impressed with the food and the service.“

“Madeline's catered dinner for my daughter's wedding this past Saturday (9/19/26) and our experience was a 10 out of 10 across the board! The food was excellent. Many of our guests not only complimented it, but wanted to know who catered so they could use them in the future. It was hands down the BEST buffet I've ever had at any event! Madeline's staff was also top notch. Attentive, yet inconspicuous. The team lead went out of her way to personally make plates for our guests with mobility issues. This type of genuine care and customer service is rare these days and it was appreciated so much. If you need a caterer, stop looking and book Madeline's - you will not be disappointed!“

“excellent food!! Goes above and beyond to ensure quality of food is outstanding“

“We finally got to a dinner after years of saying we would go. Wow! it did not disappoint at all. We can’t believe what we have been missing. Every aspect was tremendous. The food, wine and service were exceptional. We won’t make the same mistake anymore and wait too long to go back. We can’t recommend highly enough. Art and Mary“

“Service was great and quick, food was delicious…just was unaware they did away with the kid night. Kids dish was still reasonably priced but definitely a bummer in the moment.“

“Creative Caterers supplied breakfast for a live audience show on 98.9 The Buzz and the food was outstanding!! It was aesthetically pleasing as well, and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend.“

“Recently, we were in search of a caterer for a 90th birthday party. Our research included conversations with at least five (5) Rochester-area catering services before meeting Lindsay McGrail, chef and owner of Green Zebra Catering. Our conversation with Lindsay started with her asking us about favorite food memories and experiences of the guest of honor. That singular question said it all. It represented her understanding of food both as an experience and as a pleasure in ones life that goes above and beyond simply choosing items off of a menu. Over 60 people attended this event and everyone we spoke to said the food was delicious and the presentation and service excellent. Truly! Working with Lindsay was a delight. Every question we had was thoughtfully and respectfully considered and resolved to meet or exceed our expectations. She clearly took charge of the details and ensured everything was handled professionally and thoroughly. Lindsay truly has a fresh and unscripted approach to creating an event that will make you and your guests very happy.“

“This quality and quaint restaurant is a true gem of delicious cuisine. My husband and I agree they have the very best hamburgers in Rochester, NY. The 100% angus beef is an extremely substantial and high quality patty. My choice of melted Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms, tomato, lettuce on a fresh roll ….in the world of hamburgers it doesn’t get any better. The sides are limited because they are made fresh and always delicious. The weekly special meatloaf …another highlight, high quality and savory, melt in your mouth deliciousness. If we have any room we end the meal with an expertly made crème brûlée. This restaurant specializes in French cuisine and I have yet to find any restaurant that can top this rich and creamy desert. In addition to the quality of food the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve entered a European cafe. Linen napkins, a very private outdoor patio with fresh herbs and music makes this restaurant a standout from the run of the mill fast, loud and fried food dining experience. The owner and staff are friendly and strict with quality, which is highly apparent in everything they do.“

“I just wanted to say that the boxed lunches you provided on 1/14 were perfect. They were tasty, nutritious, and. presented well. The gluten free lunches were much appreciated by my family members. This was a family gathering for the sad occasion of my dear sweet mama's funeral. Your lunches helped to fortify us between events that day. Thank you for doing that perfectly.“

“the store is absolutely amazing!“

“Thanksgiving day, Pittsford wegmans , looking for herbs , asked several guys lounging behind the fresh fruit counter. Most said there are none left Only Ed knew where I could find them, he walked me there. Kudos to him.“

“I just wanted to Thank the employees at Wegmans, espically the Customer Service people and Custoidians as well as the rigister staff.I lost my hearing aid on Monday. I tried to track it with my app on my phone but couldn" t find it. The Front End Staff and Customer Service as well as the Helping hands tried to help as well. I left my name and number to call if they founf it and they also alertred the custoidial staff as well but I thought it was lost. Well the next afternoon I got a phone call saying they found it!! Special thanks to custoidal staff and Alex at the register for finding it and turning it into customer service! Wegmans has a very caring staff and although we are all under stress at this time with covid, they still take the time to care. I would recommend this store to anyone. You have a great staff of people. Just know I really appreciare your caring!! Peggy Stockmeister“
