We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! Typical Five Guys quality in a clean, neat, well maintained, and well managed store.
I’ve been here several times. Also, I had a minor issue on one occasion, but they made it right without a second thought.
I would definitely go out of my way to go to this location.“
