“Alright, let’s set the record straight on this restaurant. Anyone questioning the owner’s integrity just doesn’t know the half of it. This place is all about positive vibes, fantastic service, and reasonable pricing. Now, they do have a note on the menu that pricing is subject to change, and sure, sometimes the menu isn't always updated right on the dot. But let’s be real: the value you get more than makes up for a minor price tweak here and there. I’ve had them cater events for me multiple times and it's been flawless. No shams, just an honest, fantastic spot.“

“I want to let every one know this is my FAVORITE place to eat on mount hope. The adults are very nice and easy to talk to. I always get a bowl or two and dounts. The 1 time i went in for the second time that day i got the pleasure in see their son and he was very helpful. It was a very sweet moment when he jumped up to take my order i was very proud to see he wanted to help out when he felt it was needed i understood him and he understood me KEEP BEING A SWEET AND HELPFUL SON. My bowls are WONDERFUL and more then enough for the price. The bowls are fresh and so are the donuts I have been back 6 times.“

“I absolutely love Bill Gray’s and I moved away six years ago. I was so looking forward to my cheeseburger, onions and hot meat sauce. We got six meals to go. All that ordered meat sauce did not have any when we got home. I was crushed. Good thing I have a much love for Bill Gray’s to forgive this huge oversight that really disappointed me.“

“I am sitting here after just receiving my order. I have the privilege of watching the team behind the counter operate. They are all working together and getting the job done. So impressed. We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. Now I look for places that get it done right the first time and here is where it’s at! This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!“

“We've gathered there with friends on two occasions recently. Both times the waitress was very attentive and accommodating - separate checks were no problem at all. We reserved tables ahead of time. Live music was great & the guys could watch the football game while we all chatted! Great selection of beer and wine!! A fun gathering place! We'll def be back!!“

“I am so impressed and appreciative of the honest employees and patrons of this establishment....I left my purse on a counter and a graciously kind patron turned it in and the employees kept it safe for me to retrieve....this says a lot about the integrity of this service and it's community! “Not only were the employees very kind, the food itself was wonderful for my first visit. We also got one of the chocolate chip vegan cookies and it is EASILY the best cookie I’ve ever had. I didn’t expect to like it so much (I’m not even vegan! It just looks yummy 🤭). Lovely little place with adorable animal photos throughout also. Employee was kind when I asked for an explanation for them. Loved finding out it’s a community board of loved pets alive and those also lost. They stated the community could bring in a photo of their pet to place on the wall. Great to see that small moment of recognizing the community and being involved to create that memorial & funny moments for the animals! Thanks for a great experience. For sure will be back.“
