Wow. I’d read about the garbage plate, and on a recent trip to Rochester, decided I had to try it out. I’ll say that it’s a little difficult to find the restaurant. The signage looks like it is a few decades out of date, and you wonder if there’s anything in the building. The building is also kind of falling apart.
