Bill Gray's Chili provides excellent customer service, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is always good, with consistent and tasty portions, especially the fish fry. The restaurant has a family atmosphere, is wheelchair accessible, and has parking in front of the store. While take-out orders may require double-checking for accuracy, the overall experience is wonderful. The Veterans Day special is a nice offering, and the gravy is a highlight, although attention to detail is needed when fulfilling special requests.
