Tim Hortons in Rochester

“It's a Tim Horton's...and a standard one, so the food is exactly what we expect. But I want to call out the staff at the cash register. There was a very kind older lady who served us - it was her first day - she was very kind, and kept asking for patience. The manager who helped her was also very nice and supportive to her. We weren't in a rush so we tried to help her feel at ease! I'm not used to kind staff at a Tim Horton's, living in Toronto and all...this was a nice surprise. Keep up the pleasantries, ladies!“

“Stopped in on Sunday morning 7/26. Service was excellent, the ladies on the register were super polite and handled themselves well. They were kind, fast service, always had a smile and laughed with me and my friend while we chatted and waited for our breakfast. Very friendly and best Tim Hortons I’ve been to in a long time!“

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“

“This is one of the best Tim Hortons! No matter how long the line is the service is always fast! They always get my food and drink order correct. I specifically ask no cheese and not a single time have they given me cheese, which is so rare for fast food! They’re pretty nice, not overly nice or anything but they have basic customer service (which is also rare). The singular complaint I have is they skimp on my whipped cream for my ice cap but it’s not that serious. They always make it right! Great job to the morning crew!!! (For reference i typically go anywhere between 7:30-8:30am before work and I use the drive through every time)“

“Hello, I just wanna say that I love the Tim Hortons on Culver Road. There’s a manager there that’s always really nice and friendly when I see her. The food is always prepared wonderfully. I live an hour away and every time I come to Rochester, I come to this location. I highly recommend it“

“I went to order a half a dozen plain fried cakes and the gentlemen went out of his way to see if there were some in the oven. I settle for three and they were the best plain cake I had in awhile. Made my breakfast sooooo deserving of positive feedback for that!💪“

“Sahara and Junior 7:31 PM 9/29- It was my turn to find desserts for our fellowship meeting At 8 o’clock, not too far from here on Park Avenue and Asbury Street. I’m part of a nonprofit and I stopped in. They’re getting ready to close to get some donuts and I was telling them what they were for. They said you know we’re closing soon why don’t you take all these donuts cause we’re gonna throw them away anyway. It’s people like this that give me hope in them human race. A kind gesture goes 1,000,000 miles and will not be forgotten. Thank you so much both of you and whoever hired these two gems you need to hire 10 more of them.“

As someone who grew up in Buffalo, this place has the best location. Fast service, friendly faces and always get my order right. They have great breakfast wraps, ice tea and coffee! “This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.“

“A totally fine Tim Horton’s. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to throw a fit about either. Could it be faster? Sure. Could the employees actually look at you when they talk to you? Yeah. Do I care as long as my coffee is hot and made correctly? Not really.“

“This was me and my boyfriends first time trying here, and being a food critic let me tell you what I thought.

We ordered the eggs with spinach and it needs more love, it was dry and needed more flavor like salt perhaps. I couldn't taste the spinach but the texture of the egg was nice 👍. It wasn't awful but not great.
The hash browns we're pretty good 😊 and the coffee drinks were just meh, needs more caffeine ? They were just ok.

If you want to try it I would advise maybe trying a different breakfast item but definitely try there hash browns. They were the best out of the whole order. Hope this helps! ☺️“
