“When they arnt "doing food right now" during lunch hr?? 11/19 @1pm...update - reply to the owner 11/21/23most days "usually during the morning shift I rarely ever have any issues at this location. Its actually one of my favorite locations at this time but I just couldn't believe I got this reply from the lady working the window "sry im not doing food right now". how as a fast food restaurant during lunch hr can you decide you arn't going to serve food? now I worked burger king back in high school and they used to time the drive through from the minute the customer stopped at the speaker to the time they got there food and drove off, they would "compete for drive through time" so I have to wonder if "not serving food" was out of just lazy / hating your job, or was it in an attempt to get that dive through time or was the whole kitchen out of power, maybe out of food? idk it all just seemed odd to me that , that was there response to us trying to grab a quick lunch on our way to our next job... I also find it hard to believe the place didn't have a single thing on a menu that has around 12 different items.... All the same, I still go every morning and overall have very little to complain about“
“I had the Fall Peach Coconut Milk Refresher. It was very good. Yummy peach and coconut with a hint a cinnamon. It's not what you would think of for your typical fall beverage, but I think pumpkin spiced everything is a bit meh, so this hit the spot for me. It's definitely worth a try. I would order it again.“
“The people are very friendly and attentive. I use the mobile app to order ahead and get the deals! Order is almost always ready or being finished by the time I walk in.Dietary restrictions: My son loves Tim Horton's but has to be on a keto diet. Not a lot of places have keto friendly options.“

“I'm not sure what's in the air this morning but the employees hear where all in the back part working on drive up and door dash while the people at the register stood mins to wait, my thing is if your short staffed or busy you must address the people in line to acknowledge them, this happens in many fast food places most of the employees are just there for a check, please take an interest in you job, after all you went there to fill out the application for that job. “Waiting for my son to complete an evening program, I wanted a cozy drink to keep me and my book company. Honestly, they looked. Lose. Most TH's are closed this time of day 9n the east side of town. But they were open, and patient as I tried to get the new app to work so I could look at promos and discounts.They were willing to see if iced hot chocolate would work with the app promotion and adjust if it didn't. I appreciate their patience, and know we both understand the current promo 100% better. (She said that many have had problems with the new app update -phew! It's not just me. I haven't used it in months, and I was relieved to hear I wasn't the only customer having problems.)The iced/frozen hot chocolate was delicious and I have something tasty to enjoy while I wait for my son. Helpful, patient service, and everything was great.“
“Whomever was working there today (Nov. 5) deserves at least two bonuses. I received my bagel with cream cheese and it had more than 0.5 MM of cream cheese for once. This made my entire day and I appreciate it immensely. If not a raise, a bonus!!“
“Oh how I miss Timmy Ho’s. They don’t have these in the south so I need to get my fix when I’m here. The Mocha ice coffee was excellent and the snack wrap was phenomenal. Service was quick and efficient. Tim Hortons needs to come to the south! Way better than Dunkin.“
“This morning I had an issue with an order I placed online. It had been almost an hour and we get a message saying that the delivering partner (DoorDash) had cancelled the order. I called DoorDash and was told to call the location. When I did the people I spoke to were so helpful and friendly and patient. They even held the order so I could send my husband to get it. Very professional, kudos to them!“
“This is my favorite location of Tim Hortons. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was having issues with the app and the cashier took the time to help me with it. The egg, cheese and sausage on the pretzel bagel is always made perfectly. Never been here any other time than the morning on a weekday but their morning crew is some of the best.“
“Went this morning for just a cup of coffee. They had one person in an arm sling running the drive thru while 2 other workers smoking at the back door. I was #2 of 5 cars waiting for what seemed like about 15-20 minutes.I saw another review on Google that also shared how their customer service sucks.“
“The one thing we always notice with this location is how clean it always is. Never too busy, located conveniently for us - we love a piping hot coffee and fresh doughnuts. Of course, like everything everywhere - prices have gone up - but for the quality of their fresh doughnuts and actually, good coffee, there's no comparing this to a another chain per say. (Wegmans is great but a pain to park in the huge lot and walk in just for a quick snack.) Service is efficient and courteous. No complaints here!“
