“I had a really positive experience at this Tim Hortons. What stood out to me most was how hard the employees were working, even while dealing with customers who were yelling at them over things that were clearly beyond their control.
Despite the difficult situations, the staff remained incredibly polite, patient, and professional. They continued to smile and treat customers with kindness, which I really appreciated.
It’s easy to notice when service isn’t great, but I think it’s just as important to recognize employees who are doing their best under pressure. The staff here deserve some recognition for the way they handled themselves. Great job! 👏☕“

“Chrent (I hope I'm saying his name right) is so amazing. I came here on Friday @5:37pm to add vanilla shot in my ice matcha latte that I got from another location but chrent offered to give me a new one instead. He made my day because the other Tim Hortons not only missed to add vanilla shot but also made the worst ice matcha latte I've tried.“
“This place is super close, but I’ve always been a fan of the other Tim Hortons spots. But once I moved to this one, I really noticed the difference. They’re always so friendly! I never feel rushed through the drive-through, and they’ll even repeat my order to make sure it’s just right. Plus, they always have a smile on their face. Sure, all Tim Hortons are nice, but this one location, in my opinion, really goes above and beyond!“
