Tim Hortons in Brighton

“It really made my day when these two boys (and their enthusiasm) actually had smiles on their faces and served me and could hold a conversation without making me feel rushed. I really would like to see more of these fantastic students working here because they two boys have just set a really good example, but the older people.. Not too much. They are usually grumpy. I can tell the kids do not want to work in that environment. Though, the two boys even made me laugh quite a bit. Will be back again to hopefully have them take my order.“

“This Tim Hortons location is consistently efficient and well-organized — I rarely have to wait for my order. The employees are always friendly and provide great service. The store manager, Vanessa, is pleasant to speak with, and it’s clear she fosters a positive work environment. I often hear her encouraging her staff, which is refreshing to see, especially compared to other places where management can speak down to staff. Brighton Tim Hortons is by far my most favourite place to grab my coffees!!!“
