Pathetic excuse of a service. Constant line up of people with the snail’s pace they take orders at. The employees are messing around, dragging their feet, moving with zero sense of urgency. At 11:50am today, (other than the girl in the green shirt) every single employee acted like it was their first time in a restaurant. It took 10+ minutes to receive just an iced coffee from when I ordered.
We are at the Tim Hortons at Trenton on route and I was the second person line and about 5 staff members were in the back for at least 3 minutes one came out served one customer and went back to the back and I waited another 2 minutes for service.
And no one started my food for at least 5 minutes

Very good food and clean but when it's night time and morning they have issues having staff. A place like this should have 2 people working minimum. This poor girl was working for hours all alone. Very bad management

With delicious sandwiches filled with good lettuce and meat, and considerate service like giving tea without sugar for health reasons, this restaurant is highly recommended for a satisfying meal.
