“I went in very early to buy donuts for some old work friends, there was only one working person at the walk up counter, she was very busy and apologized for the service which she excelled at. She was super friendly under the strain and did a great job. I would have given the extra star if they were better staffed, however it is hard to get workers these days!“

“Caught up with a friend here around 8:30 pm. The staff are really personable and friendly. It was also clean. There were some folks who looked like they had some troubles and staff treated them with respect and kindness. That impressed me. These folks were not rowdy, or offensive, just needed a space to sit and get warm and use a bathroom. There were a few, they bought a coffee and did their own thing. I am sure that some folks might not want to see people who look a little rough and worn, but they are human beings just like the rest of us.“
