“Attended this location today and was so pleased with the experience. The manager Danielle was so pleasant and engaging, definitely an asset to Tim’s. The rest of the staff I interacted with were so nice and my Churro latte was so good, and the restaurant was very clean.“

“I want to shout out a wonderful worker there. I didn't catch her name, but I had medical emergency and she stayed with me. When I came to after having a seizure she stayed with me and explained everything to me and made me feel safe. I would give 5 stars but she had to go back in. She could have stayed. I wish she did. I felt safe. after i felt scared and alone. Overall not a great day but i am so thankful to the woman that helped me.“

“I visited this Tim Hortons today and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was fast, the order was prepared perfectly, and the entire team seemed very organized even during busy hours.

A special shout-out to Japnoor and Loveleen for their outstanding customer service. They greeted me with a genuine smile, were very patient while taking my order, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. Their positive attitude and polite behaviour really made my visit exceptional.

It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued, but Japnoor and Loveleen truly did that today. The store was also clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and pleasant.

“I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 218 Bell Blvd in Belleville. The staff were friendly and quick with service, even during busy times. The location was clean, and my order was made fresh the way I asked. Overall, a good experience and a spot I would return to.“

“This Tim Hortons isn't safe. Staff allowed a man to walk around videoing women and their behind while ordering. When calling in to inform them we are being recorded in the store by a man with a digital camera it is taken as a joke.
