“I left an unfavourable review a few months back because they changed the ships and salsa. I’m happy to say that the original ones are back. The original chips and salsa define the meal ( to me ). I’m glad they’re back. Just had a fantastic meal. As always the service was great.“

“This Tim Horton's seems to be the best run location in the city, great friendly staff (however, over the past few weeks, it seems that a lot of the friendly and great customer service staff haven't been there working the drive through as they usually do, now there seems to be just an older lady who seems quite grumpy) Anyway, the review is for my experience each and every visit up until the last few weeks etc. They always have my order right which is a rare thing to come by at most other Tim Horton's nowadays. The one call out is that the renovation that this location recently went through, took the atmosphere from cozy, warm inviting (as much as a Tim's can be) , to now post renovation being a colder more sterile dining room. Of course everyone has different opinions but from a hospitality perspective, customers overwhelmingly prefer booths in a seating area and not free standing tables. (just my 2 cents)“

“I visited this Tim Hortons today and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was fast, the order was prepared perfectly, and the entire team seemed very organized even during busy hours.
A special shout-out to Japnoor and Loveleen for their outstanding customer service. They greeted me with a genuine smile, were very patient while taking my order, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. Their positive attitude and polite behaviour really made my visit exceptional.
It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued, but Japnoor and Loveleen truly did that today. The store was also clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and pleasant.
I’m definitely coming back again and would highly recommend this location to others!“
“What on earth is this sad excuse for a bagel 🥯 small amount of creamcheese non cut looks like they where in a rush with only 1 person in the drive-thru normaly everything i get is great so not being to hard but a bagel is the easiest thing to get right“
“I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 218 Bell Blvd in Belleville. The staff were friendly and quick with service, even during busy times. The location was clean, and my order was made fresh the way I asked. Overall, a good experience and a spot I would return to.“
“This Tim Hortons isn't safe. Staff allowed a man to walk around videoing women and their behind while ordering. When calling in to inform them we are being recorded in the store by a man with a digital camera it is taken as a joke.

“Every night, I stop by this Tim Hortons for a dark roast between 2 and 3 a.m . and it's always an excellent experience. The coffee is consistently fresh and delicious, which isn't easy to find at that time of night.
The true standout, however, is an employee named Bikash. he's incredibly friendly and always remembers my order. His positive attitude and efficiency make my nightly coffee run something I genuinely look forward to.he's a huge asset to this location and a great reason to stop by. Huge respect to all the night staff that works at this store.
