“We have never been more embarrassed and humiliated in all of our existence. We are away on a mini family vacation and discovered they have a Mr Puffs location here. We had been to the one in Whitby and had a great experience. Tonight the staff on more less made us feel like we were trying to scam them for $19.65 the transaction said approved on the machine and we showed him the transaction on the banking app to where it shows it came out and they pretty much held the puffs hostage and were doubting us making us feel like we were liars and thieves. Their demeanor was totally unprofessional and they were unpleasant. In all my years of dining out I have never faced a situation like the one tonight. We ended up calling the bank on top of showing them the transaction at which point the banking rep advised that in fact the transaction did go through. This back and forth went on for over 10 to 15 mins, the puffs we ended up getting were not one bit fresh and sat there in the tray for God knows how long before we got there which is a total no no as the owner in Whitby told and showed us the process. I will never enter this establishment again, no apology, no nothing but two staff with 0 people skills. How many other people have the tried doing this too? telling them the transaction wasn't approved when in fact it was. This was wrong on every level, and I have most definitely contacted head office about the lack of professionalism on both staff! My daughter was with us which made it 10 times worse to be doubted to the level we were. Whether it went through or whether it didn't though (WHICH IT DID) customers are always suppose to be treated like they are right no matter what, u should learn a thing or two about customer service before opening up a business where you have to directly deal with the public numerous times per day and should know that things won't always run smoothly. Thanks for ruining our great evening, at the end you should of given us fresh Puffs not hard ones and you most definitely should of apologized after the banking rep verified the transaction was successful!!!“
“I left an unfavourable review a few months back because they changed the ships and salsa. I’m happy to say that the original ones are back. The original chips and salsa define the meal ( to me ). I’m glad they’re back. Just had a fantastic meal. As always the service was great.“

“Every night, I stop by this Tim Hortons for a dark roast between 2 and 3 a.m . and it's always an excellent experience. The coffee is consistently fresh and delicious, which isn't easy to find at that time of night.
The true standout, however, is an employee named Bikash. he's incredibly friendly and always remembers my order. His positive attitude and efficiency make my nightly coffee run something I genuinely look forward to.he's a huge asset to this location and a great reason to stop by. Huge respect to all the night staff that works at this store.
