I loved my hot chicken sandwich, with baked potato, & veggies - the gravy was delish - and though I don't normally eat all of one of those and take half home for the next day, I demolished most of it.”

I commented on how clean the bathroom was and asked her if this was her job lately. She said yes. She truly is a sweet young girl. She definitely makes wanting to use the bathroom easier. Except your company schedules her on a busy time of the day and she is rushed. But this not being her fault. It is yours or the manager there. Sept 27 2023, at 9:15 am. Bay view Tim Hortons. The staff was so amazing from the moment I booked it with Danny, to when I dropped off the cake and balloons in the morning to Jeffrey, and to the actual birthday where Isla and Hattie were just phenomenal. Thank you all so much for the amazing service and amazing food. It was absolutely a hit with everyone there and I highly recommend a play place birthday party. “This Tim Hortons isn't safe. Staff allowed a man to walk around videoing women and their behind while ordering. When calling in to inform them we are being recorded in the store by a man with a digital camera it is taken as a joke.

My favourite stop when travelling on Highway 401, and I always recommend this place to friends. They are very generous with the crispy onions too!

“We travel around the Quinte area for a meal out at a restaurant from areas Campbellford to Picton to Kingston to Coburg for a weekend meal out. We have always come back here for the great tasting Fish and Chips. We have a great time conversing with the staff and most of all is the greatest tasting foods. The fish & chips were done just right and not greasy to the taste. Our time was not wasted when it comes to enjoying a meal out and we have been looking forward to being able to return to dining-in with other people who enjoy a meal out. We have been coming here since it opened and have given up a number of other Fish and Chips eateries just to stop in here for the best food of the sea and chowder. Try their foods and enjoy the atmosphere. They have accessible parking for the disabled as well and entry into their building. Enjoy!!!”

The owner is a local guy who is active in community charities and that goes a long way with me. “We have never been more embarrassed and humiliated in all of our existence. We are away on a mini family vacation and discovered they have a Mr Puffs location here. We had been to the one in Whitby and had a great experience. Tonight the staff on more less made us feel like we were trying to scam them for $19.65 the transaction said approved on the machine and we showed him the transaction on the banking app to where it shows it came out and they pretty much held the puffs hostage and were doubting us making us feel like we were liars and thieves. Their demeanor was totally unprofessional and they were unpleasant. In all my years of dining out I have never faced a situation like the one tonight. We ended up calling the bank on top of showing them the transaction at which point the banking rep advised that in fact the transaction did go through. This back and forth went on for over 10 to 15 mins, the puffs we ended up getting were not one bit fresh and sat there in the tray for God knows how long before we got there which is a total no no as the owner in Whitby told and showed us the process. I will never enter this establishment again, no apology, no nothing but two staff with 0 people skills. How many other people have the tried doing this too? telling them the transaction wasn't approved when in fact it was. This was wrong on every level, and I have most definitely contacted head office about the lack of professionalism on both staff! My daughter was with us which made it 10 times worse to be doubted to the level we were. Whether it went through or whether it didn't though (WHICH IT DID) customers are always suppose to be treated like they are right no matter what, u should learn a thing or two about customer service before opening up a business where you have to directly deal with the public numerous times per day and should know that things won't always run smoothly. Thanks for ruining our great evening, at the end you should of given us fresh Puffs not hard ones and you most definitely should of apologized after the banking rep verified the transaction was successful!!!”

When I come to shop I have a quick bite, Japanese shushi freshly made on Friday and Saturday’. Enjoying spicy foods, I pick up hot sauce and also Kimchi. Living one hour away, it is my primary destination every two weeks. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.”

“I walked in and was promptly met by 2 hostesses who sat me immediately. Before I had my but in the chair Niah was ready to take my drink order.

I must say with the exception of my steak being slightly more cooked than I normally prefer the food was absolutely amazing. Packed with flavour and deliciousness to the last bite. Caesar salad was out of this world delicious and garnished nicely every bite had a good mixture of bacon cheese and croutons. Even the desert was perfect!

The only real “ critique” would be that there was no music playing and I couldn’t make out the Olympic tv broadcast’s audio. Not that I minded either way but it is the only thing I can say that would give this Chuck’s 5 stars.

“I finally had the chance to visit Bayleaf Indian Restaurant after having it on my radar for quite a while, and it absolutely lived up to the anticipation. One of the things that drew me in was their wide range of vegan options. Two friends joined me who are not vegan, and it was great that the menu easily accommodated all of us. Everyone left happy and very well fed. We arrived toward the end of the evening so the restaurant was quiet, which made for a relaxed experience. Our server was incredibly friendly and clearly proud of both the restaurant and the food. After tasting the dishes, it was easy to see why. Everything we ordered was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour. We tried several dishes that were completely new to us and every single one was delicious. The vegan options were fantastic. The tandoori mushrooms were brilliant, the masala papad was amazing, and the sev tomato was incredibly flavorful. The vegetable biryani was unlike any I’ve had before, full of fresh garden vegetables and beautifully seasoned. Even the tandoori roti stood out. Soft, warm, and perfect for scooping up every last bite. You could taste the authenticity in every dish. The food felt thoughtfully prepared and freshly made.
