“My wife and I made a reservation for dinner Friday night to ensure we got a spot. When we arrived we were surprised to find it was not busy and we had the pick of outdoor patio seats. We enjoyed a glass of wine to the music of a solo guitarist and tried a couple of appetizers. Both the shrimp and Burrata Bread were really good. But the main dishes were amazing. I had the Chicken Polenta which was cooked Sous Vide and finished perfectly with a crispy skin and a hard set Polenta that matched perfectly. The Caponata was a fresh version of what we found recently touring Sicily. My wife raved about the Cauliflower Mole and trying it I was really impressed with the Black Bean Mole sauce - it was delicious!
It has been a while since we were at Capers, but we will be back to enjoy these delicious menu items right in the downtown core.
