Went for the play area. WAY too loud and very dirty. They need someone in there at least every 30 min to tidy up. Clearly, some pigs were there prior to our arrival and aren't intelligent enough to find the garbage bins on their own, leaving food in the floor, garbage on the tables, spilled drinks on the seats and dirty socks abandoned by their kids. Pretty disgusting.
Normally great all around service.Today got a medium sized hot chocolate only to find out after walking home that all I got was heated 2% milk.Hopefully it will be better next visit.

This is a great location in terms of friendly service and speed.They make delicious Strawberry Banana Smoothies!It loses 2 stars because it's also the most expensive location we've been too. It's about 20% more than other locations, including Toronto and Ottawa!
