“This place is great. The reviews a few years ago don’t make sense to me because they’ve always been rock solid at this location. The owner is a local guy who is active in community charities and that goes a long way with me. We enjoy the good service and the real burgers etc. Can’t imagine how hard it is to work there with how moody people can be these days. Keep up the great work and keep smiling!“

“The food is great and the portions are huge, but I am disappointed that they now charge a service fee for paying debit. I was originally going to pay with cash, but when I decided to pay debit I was not told but there was an extra custom charge added to my order, I did not notice until I checked my e-receipt after the fact at home. I understand paying HST, but an additional service charge is disappointing. I will remember to bring cash next time I visit.“

“I visited dairy queen March 5th during the day. I was getting food and treats inside. The guy that took my order name was Spencer and he was very accommodating. He was nice to my kids. I'll definitely be coming back soon since my first visit was a blast“

“So, I was looking for a place that had a reputation for good donairs. Nova Deli kept coming up. But it’s in Belleville and I’m in Niagara! Not convenient and with the price of fuel and the time the trip would take it seemed it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward to an opportunity through work to travel to Belleville , remembering the reviews I had to make this work. Easy to find , clean location with a charming woman behind the counter. I asked for two medium donairs, one traditional and another with cheese and peppers - had a laugh with the woman behind the counter and hit the road home. 1 regret was not eating one before hitting the road as they would likely travel well for up to an hour but in the heat, and the 4 hours on the road they were a little messy but they were FANTASTIC! Omg
So good , I haven’t had one this good in years. I just hope work needs me to go to Belleville again sometime soon

They brought the food to our table for us when it was ready. The dining area was clean and taken care of. The restroom was clean. The food was made well with a decent amount of toppings and delicious!“
