Some of the smiles cookie looked funny, but that's okSometimes they just don't know how to make stuff. I don't know why, and I'm not trying to be rude, but I went to try 2 different drinks they tasted bad and my moms drink tasted not like the drink she had previously order at other locations going down hill over here
My 5 stars are for the direct attention the the Supervisor Tracey. We ordered 2 coffee 2 plain bagels with butter, the bagels were dry. Tracey addressed both the drive through attendant and the employee who made the bagels. Koodoo to

Chicken noodle soup was cold, and chicken was like mush. Obviously, soup had been there, too long. There was no cream soup. The waitress was nice and somewhat warmed it up for us. I will not go back to this location.
