“Me and my partner stumbled upon this Cafe. We were just going for a drive, and really didn't know where to go. This Cafe saved us that day, the cashier was very nice and patient, nicely explaining the food they had. We ended up getting some soup and sandwiches, and baked goods they had out. Highly recommend this place if you're just looking for a nice place to eat, and relax.”

My husband had the Italian sub. He really enjoyed all the toppings on his sandwich and said how generous they were with these.

“We miss Jimmy! But happy retirement. We have tried it a couple times since the new owners, but I think we are done. MAYBE try again in a few months when they get the hang of things. MAYBE! Before, it was hit or miss, depending on who was in the kitchen (hoped each time for Jimmy) but now, even though they said things haven't changed, they absolutely did. Things as basic as the gravy and coleslaw for instance. My beloved gravy is no longer to my liking. Supplies are not consistent. Wings for instance. The wings (not on wing night) used to be massive. Now though, the wings are the same size as the cheap wing night ones. Very disappointed in that. We loved the pizza and panzo before but I think we are done. We don't want to chance it. Small towns that have have a dedicated customer base should stay the same, if not ownership, then just the way things are cooked.”

“Drove by today (out of towner) and noticed this bakery. My mom and I decided to try it out. So far we’ve had a brownie (So yum!!!!) and a lemon filled donut! DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! My dad who is very picky about desserts really enjoyed the donut!!! Staff were sweet! Will definitely return! And the portions are huge!!!”

“We had a great anniversary dinner. I really enjoy going to Tommaso's. Our baked garlic shrimp was just okay. It wasn't up to it's normal standard. There wasn't very much cheese on it and it was slightly overdone. The rest of our food was very very good. We were looking forward to seeing Christmas lights outside of the restaurant at the back by the windows. It's always very scenic looking out the windows and seeing the lights in the river behind it. We missed that. Everything inside the restaurant was very good. There was only one that bothered us which the restaurant couldn't do anything about. A customer came in with perfume on so strong that it affected the taste of our food. We could actually smell the perfume in between bites of food as we inhaled. DEAR CUSTOMERS, please be considerate of those that sit around you. Strong fragrances and even loud talking and detract from the enjoyment of tasting food.

“This little gem is just north of the 401. The perfect place to stop on a road trip. Skip the fast food joint’s and head here for delicious locally sourced burgers and homemade perogies that are incredible. Poutine is hot, layered in curds and covered in gravy. They have a cute little picnic are set up so you can enjoy your meal. The two gentlemen that were working were friendly and super sweet. Highly recommend you stop in.”

“Great visit to this New location for us being from Kingston. We met Nico once we arrived and gave us a great outline of the different beers he had to offer.
