“We haven't been here for a while and were pleased by the interior, although updated it still had the same comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast menu was varied, , lots of delicious sounding eats. We had an omelet, hashbrowns and texas toast, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, eggs and toast, they were both delicious and generous portions, if I had the room I could have eaten mine again. The hostess was so quick and took great care of us. lovely. We had a great experience. Loved it.”

“Mom and I went to the Golden Valley Restaurant for breakfast. They started serving it in October. The food was delicious! They gave lots of perfectly cook bacon with our eggs and their tomato slices were the size of soft balls. We each had two cups of coffee because it was that good and when we got the bill we were surprised to see how affordable it was. I love the retro decor too. Perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy and great meal. I loved it.”

“My favourite restaurant! I’ve been coming here for ~15 years now. This past month I’ve been on a huge Thai Sushi kick, 2-3 times a week.

Chicken red curry with pineapple, cashew chicken, sesame chicken are my go-to’s. Great sushi too, the yam rolls and Alaska rolls are the best I’ve ever had and the Golden Dragon roll has set an impossible standard for any other sushi spot to match.

Best green tea and miso soup in the game, too. Genuinely wonderful restaurant, incredibly friendly staff, immaculate vibes for dine-in. Love love love this place.

We have driven past this restaurant so many times and finally decided we would give it a try.
It exceeded all of our expectations.
We got chicken and taters. The chicken was super juicy and had lots of meat on it. It had such crispy skin without being greasy. The taters were also extremely good.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
We will be back for sure!”

“My last tim hortons trip before moving to Florida. We went through the drive through and had wonderful service from who I assume was the owner. I was given a sausage egg and cheese muffin by accidentally ordering that rather than the biscuit. We went back to order a new one and she was so nice and helpful. Gave us the new one for free and multiple donuts and a muffin on top of well wishes for my move since we shared this was my last tim hortons trip. Definitely a great experience and I will miss it.”

“We have just moved from Peterborough and was looking for a replacement to the Kawartha Buttertart factory and I think I have found it if their apple fritters are anything to judge by for our first taste. I found the fritter was actually more flavourful which is a great start. I also bought the strawberry dip and toasted coconut doughnuts as well to try. But as I have said if the fritters are what I can judge on from the start I would say that I have found my treat store. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth but with refinement for quality.”
