“We have never had a bad experience whether we have dined in or had takeout. When I was isolating in February due to covid, we ordered twice during the time the household was in isolation. Once we got pizza which was excellent as always and other time we orders burgers and fries which were also excellent and still plenty hot (live in Wellington). Staff was accommodating and delivery driver left food where we asked and delivery fee was cheap considering cost of gas and wear on vehicle. We got pizza again last night and no complains on service nor the food.....all excellent. Thank you for being the only restaurant who delivers within Wellington. We appreciated that so much when we isolated!”

“This is the coziest cafe! I love their atmosphere, very relaxed space, welcoming and super friendly staff! Child-friendly space, they offered us stickers and paper too! The chilli is a must-try, and their treats are always delicious. Highly recommend this spot for a treat and hot drink. They make cakes too! Going back today!”

“I’ve ordered from here through DoorDash before and the tacos were great, but tonight, I ordered 3 hard tacos and I was pleasantly and excitedly surprised to see my tacos were double-shelled! And they were delicious! No other restaurant I’ve ordered hard tacos from has ever showed this kind of care before, and I recently moved here from Toronto, so I’ve ordered from A LOT of different restaurants . It may seem small, but when you order hard tacos and are prepared to eat them with a spoon because the bottoms always fall apart during delivery—this level of quality care for their customers’ experience is what makes this my go-to spot for tacos from now on. I hope this wasn’t a one-time experience!”

“Just spent part of the afternoon at Hoss's. It has a great retro atmosphere. My hamburger was awesome and the open mic was a great way to pass the time. If you are visiting the County, stop in at Hoss's for the classic diner experience, the food, the ice cream and the live entertainment. You'll be glad you did!!!”

“I came during a promo of bogo free, so it was busy and although I pre-ordered still had to wait another 5-10 min for my drinks to get made, but there was drinks at the counter waiting the whole time I waited so not sure if the person doing the mobile orders got the time orders mixed up, looked a little chaotic.”
