“Definitely worth the trip. The menu is fresh first. Honestly, someone is obsessed with fresh here. They have their own bee hives, so there is definitely a brave heart among the hardcore here.

In short, everthing we tasted was perfect. Fresh, imaginative and prepared with love.

The setting is as natural as the plates they serve. Se were perfectly at home on the terrace with our dog and nobody complained when he barked.

Our server this evening was Sage and she was the definition of great service; Knowledgeable, energetic and sweet.

All thst said, this is definitely a spot to visit repeatedly. Tip gererously and leave your thoughts on this page.

“First time there today, won't be my last! Burger had amazing flavor! Bun was fresh! 🍔 My Son had the chicken fingers. Hand dipped! None of that frozen stuff here! He raved about them! “This is a must visit artisan ice cream shoppe for any serious ice cream foodie when in Picton. An Absolutely delicious natural product with some unique flavors. This is not a reseller of the typical local dairy products from Kawartha or Reid’s here, it’s all Slickers homemade treats.

The chocolate mint and banana foster were 2 standouts, unfortunately they had just run out of their coffee flavour which is extremely popular. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what u pay for. If you really love your ice cream, best value is a cute 4 scoop tray for $17 tax included, great for 2 people or a ridiculous indulgence for one!!”

“What an incredible find! This place is an absolute gem. The service was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was exquisite from start to finish—but don't even get me started on the oysters... they were absolutely outstanding! “We only went to the restaurant at the winery, it was a beautiful location. The pizza was the best winery pizza I’ve ever had! We had the carnivore with pepperoni, prosciutto (nice thick slices) and sausage (perfect little crumbles) and the cheese was insane. Only thing, our waitress was a little tired at the end of the day and moved around too quick to even converse with and didn’t really explain the wines but they were delicious as well. Lovely walk around the Oeno sculpture garden to end the evening!”

“We were a party of 6 last night and had a fantastic experience. The food was phenomenal but the service was top-notch! All three staff we interacted with were charismatic and personable. The hostess learned my mother was here from Newfoundland and told us all about the trip her friends just planned for the Rock, showing us the map on her tablet. Our server “Prince Charming” was so engaged with my step-son who is on the spectrum and can be very shy. It made my son’s whole night having a conversation with him about the Shrek movies and Puss in Boots! I could not say enough about what a wonderful experience we had at Hartley’s.”

“A nice little coffee shop in Wellington, Ontario. Coffees are good and the sweets are you tasty.

Sometimes there can be a 10 or 15 minute wait but we only waited for 5 minutes when we were there today.”
