On multiple occasions I received not a single napkin through the drive through. Anytime after 930pm there was limited inventory for sandwiches. Even with complaints to corporate, the store didn't changed any of these issues and DID NOT offer anything nor an apology in return since!! My clients and I are changing our business over to McDonald's nowParking: The complaint about the services of the foods through the website is more concerned about my parking experience.
I went in very early to buy donuts for some old work friends, there was only one working person at the walk up counter, she was very busy and apologized for the service which she excelled at. She was super friendly under the strain and did a great job. I would have given the extra star if they were better staffed, however it is hard to get workers these days!

I have noticed the bathrooms are clean for a change. Today I notice the young lady, cleaning which I have seen a few times cleaning the bathroom. I commented on how clean the bathroom was and asked her if this was her job lately. She said yes. She truly is a sweet young girl. She definitely makes wanting to use the bathroom easier.
