Everything in your bakery is always delicious so I knew I wanted my special cake to be one of yours.

The cake was so light and fluffy and the icing was sweet without being too sweet. All of our dear friends loved it.

Order took a pretty long time (aprox. 15-20+ mins) (ordered omelette bites, Boston Cream Donut, medium iced capp so no not a complicated order with a whack of modifications lol). However, aside from that, the service and atmosphere was friendly. I overheard an employee asking other employees if they had been checking kiosk orders (I had ordered on the kiosk) so I question if that is what contributed to the long wait time. Oh well, things happen and thankfully I wasn't in too much of a hurry but perhaps something to consider for future reference.

Shout out to Danielle (Manager)! I know her personally and she was working diligently to fulfill drive thru and walk in orders as quickly as possible all while still greeting myself and others enthusiastically and providing excellent customer service!

Also, when I walked in to place my order, she was talking to a customer who must have been giving an employee a hard time or something. She was still composed and professional but yet assertive. As a former retail employee, I know the importance of a good manager that will have their employee's backs! Great job Danielle!

“I visited this Tim Hortons today and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was fast, the order was prepared perfectly, and the entire team seemed very organized even during busy hours.

A special shout-out to Japnoor and Loveleen for their outstanding customer service. They greeted me with a genuine smile, were very patient while taking my order, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. Their positive attitude and polite behaviour really made my visit exceptional.

It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued, but Japnoor and Loveleen truly did that today. The store was also clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience felt smooth and pleasant.

“I have noticed the bathrooms are clean for a change. Today I notice the young lady, cleaning which I have seen a few times cleaning the bathroom. I commented on how clean the bathroom was and asked her if this was her job lately. She said yes. She truly is a sweet young girl. She definitely makes wanting to use the bathroom easier. Except your company schedules her on a busy time of the day and she is rushed. But this not being her fault. It is yours or the manager there. Sept 27 2023, at 9:15 am. Bay view Tim Hortons.
