“I go to tim hortons every morning before work and when Al and Fern are there its an amazing experience. they are soo friendly, always remember my order, they go above and beyond!! when i go and they are not there its hit and miss. but you can guarantee that if i show up and Al and fern are there not only will i get my order done right and with care but im always guaranteed to leave with a smile!!“
“Really glad to have found this little spot to stop on our way to visit family. We had the savory danishes and they were delicious. The young girl at the front counter was pleasant and efficient. The prices were extremely reasonable and the quality was amazing compared to some other bakeries. Definitely well worth a regular stop on our way through Havelock :) We got four danishes and two warm drinks and left a tip all for just under $30.“
“By far one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to in a long ong time. For the first time in forever that I've seen employees actually communicating and helping each other out to serve customers. The staff seemed well trained, and not one time did i see somebody not helping or doing something, unlike back in Ottawa, where every single staff member and manager at literally ever location I've gone to and go stand there and have no clue or care of whats happening. They're on their phones or having a big old party behind the cpunter while line ups extend out the door.“
“Been here many times and the food couldn't be better. Their muffins are plentiful and delicious and their signature doughnuts are truly outstanding. Their service however.. . It really seems like the people behind the counter are more concerned with the store goings-on than concentrating on service. They really need a shot in the arm to bring their service standards up to that of their food.“
