About Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is a popular coffee and donut chain known for its friendly staff and convenient mobile ordering. Customers share mixed experiences; some visits are excellent, especially when familiar staff are present, while other times, orders are not made correctly. For instance, there are concerns about having only one staff member working late on Saturday nights, which raises safety and service issues. However, many customers appreciate the service they receive, with one mentioning an awesome lady named Destiny who is kind and welcoming. Customer service skills are noted to be great, as seen with a young staff member working the window recently. The corporate-provided food is generally reliable, and the mobile app is a valuable option for ordering ahead, especially during busy periods. Some customers have reported confusion regarding specials, with one mentioning a $1 coffee and $3 breakfast sandwich that was advertised but not available. Overall, this location can improve by addressing staffing issues and ensuring better communication about promotions.
