“Most of the time the food and service is really good. However the strawberry salad yesterday wasn't. They didn't use actual chicken, it was chicken that looks like chicken but was processed the hell out of it. I won't be having any of their chicken salads for a while.“
“I had one of those moments today where you realize you've made a mistake and just feel completely defeated. I accidentally placed a mobile order to the wrong Wendy's location, and with two kids and my family waiting, I wasn't sure what to do.
The moment I walked up to the counter, Anne Marie saw the look on my face and immediately dropped everything to help. She contacted the manager at the other location to make sure the order hadn't been prepared and then reached out to the owner to confirm everyone was on board with a solution. At no point did anyone make me feel like I was an inconvenience.
The senior management teams at the Wendy's in Belleville and Napanee went above and beyond with their kindness, compassion, and genuine desire to help. In a world where it's easy to focus on what's going wrong, experiences like this remind us that humanity is still alive and well. Small acts of empathy can have a huge impact, and today they certainly did for my family.
Thank you for reminding us that great customer service is about more than policies—it's about people. Society could use more moments like this.“
