“My last tim hortons trip before moving to Florida. We went through the drive through and had wonderful service from who I assume was the owner. I was given a sausage egg and cheese muffin by accidentally ordering that rather than the biscuit. We went back to order a new one and she was so nice and helpful. Gave us the new one for free and multiple donuts and a muffin on top of well wishes for my move since we shared this was my last tim hortons trip. Definitely a great experience and I will miss it.“

“I found it difficult to understand the first part of the drive through greetings, until I realized they were asking about an APP order. I think they should stick with a simple greeting instead of pushing their APP at every visit. Service is as you would expect, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It would be helpful if realized that the menu switches too fast sometimes, and they could be helpful with trying to accommodate those that don't order the extra same item every time.“

“Three of us met up here from Kingston and Toronto to catch up. Katie was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We ended up staying for a few hours, had the focaccia sandwiches, coffee, hot chocolate, and sweet treats and played board games. Everything was great and made better by how well Katie treated us and everyone who came into the establishment. I highly recommend this place.“

“Visited today for the first time, my only regret is I wish I went sooner! I didn't know what to get, Krista made me a French vanilla latte with cinnamon on top, it was delicious! My two year got a cookie and it looked yummy. I can't wait to go back and try a sandwich or soup. The vibe in this place is great, love the decor and atmosphere. Patio area looks really nice for summer. Service was great. Probably going to become a regular here.“

“I came during a promo of bogo free, so it was busy and although I pre-ordered still had to wait another 5-10 min for my drinks to get made, but there was drinks at the counter waiting the whole time I waited so not sure if the person doing the mobile orders got the time orders mixed up, looked a little chaotic.“

“This is quite literally the best Tim’s I’ve been to… the wait times are basically non existent even in the busy hustle bustles of the morning. I always get no sugar in my iced coffee and 50% of the time at other locations they get it wrong… I never have to worry when I come here!“

“I would have given a 5 star review but somehow they messed my coffee up. In the servers defense it was extremely busy and somewhat loud. But they managed to put the proper order oh the lid of the coffee but not inside the cup. The person making the order just has to take an extra second to double check their work and if they accidentally made it wrong to just take the time to make it correctly. As a customer I would much prefer to wait an extra couple seconds so a server can correct their mistake.“
