Tim Hortons, located in the mall, offers a variety of vegetarian options. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially towards children, and even gives a free donut on birthdays. While the restaurant can be understaffed during peak times, leading to longer waiting times, the service remains quick and efficient for those looking to grab a bite to eat. Customers appreciate interactions with staff members like Divya, who always has a smile, and commend the gentleman with the turban for his polite and professional service. However, some reviews mention that not all crew members consistently greet customers or show appreciation, highlighting an area for improvement in customer experience. Overall, the environment has become more pleasant with recent staff changes.
