“We stopped in here regularly, and these folks are so friendly, so helpful and the order is always accurate. This has to be one of the best Timmy’s in the nation.

Today I was served by Pretti. Just like the rest of the staff when I visit here, she was smiling, efficient, and welcoming. Just another example of why we go out of our way to come to this Timmy’s“

“This location is fabulous. We often order online and we order often. Sometimes just a couple things and sometimes a lot as we are a huge household. We have never had incorrect items. The staff are very friendly. I often see Kajal in the morning and her sunny personality brings a smile to my day each time. This is always our go to location even if others may be closer.“

“This is hands down the best Tim Hortons in Kingston. I have been going there for years. The staff here are honestly amazing. Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and efficient, no matter how busy they are.

I go through the drive-thru daily, and get either a small or medium iced Capp with a little bit of chocolate milk and 1/2 a caramel shot and it's always made to perfection (I have tried other Timmies and they don't come close).
That level of customer service and attention really stands out. They’re always quick, accurate, and genuinely kind, which makes a huge difference when you’re starting your day.

“Great staff, friendly service, order was right even with my modifications, food in general has gone down in quality and taste, drinks are still good, but baked goods especially at night tend to taste as if they are days old, never go in morning, only notice this at night“

“I stopped at this Tim Hortons on Division Street while I was in Kingston and overall it was a good, convenient stop. The location works especially well if you’re travelling through the city or heading toward Highway 401 and just want somewhere familiar to grab a coffee, something to eat, and get back on the road. I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons locations while travelling around Canada, and this one was pretty much what I expected from the chain. It can get busy, particularly because of where it’s located, so I wouldn’t necessarily expect to be in and out instantly during the busiest times. That said, it was still a practical place to stop and I had no major complaints about my visit. Division Street has a lot going on around it, so the location is also convenient if you’re already doing other things in the area. Overall, it served its purpose well and I’d have no problem stopping at this Tim Hortons again the next time I’m passing through Kingston.“

“I had the best london fog here this morning, it tasted so premium. My boyfriend had an iced coffee too and said it tasted amazing as well. Service was great too, when I asked for a sleeve for my cup the lady working at the drive through gave me three.“

“Had an amazing experience today! I ordered a couple order for Steeped Tea, and the girl who prepared it I think her name was Pawanjeet, she prepared it exactly right—fresh, hot, and perfectly brewed.
Her friendly behaviour and quick service made the visit even better. She greeted me with a smile and made sure everything was just how I wanted. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers.

Khush and Ash are both amazing! Yesterday, Friday, was extremely busy, but these two girls handled everything so well. They worked very quickly, stayed organized, and made sure the waiting time was only a few seconds.

They both have excellent teamwork skills and a great understanding of how to work together during a busy shift. Their hard work, speed, and positive attitude really stood out.

“recently attended the Harry Potter Trivia Night here - myself and my family had a great time! There were themed decorations, music and the host was very good with the crowd. They didn't have enough seating though and we ended up bringing in some chairs from the truck but overall a fun time“

“Nice that this location is open 24 hrs to serve us Hospital Staffs that work the overnight shifts. Coffee is always served nice and hot and food is freshly baked daily. The staffs there are nice and great to talk to, especially when I'm working the overnights. Thanks for being awesome and keep up the great work.“

“I normally have great service, but I seam to have bad service at the Montreal street store between 8 pm and 10 pm , I stop every night on way to work and the one guy that is working always seams to be not very nice , he act like he hates his job , he needs to be trained on how to talk and treat customers, sorry I don’t normally do these Surveys but this guy just upsets me every night.“

“Very pleasant and outgoing staff! The restaurant was very clean and we felt safer at this location than we have at others in the city. Restrooms ere spotless and we witnessed staff members cleaning their hands and changing gloves after handling money which is a hygienic thing thst is often overlooked.“
