Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant that offers a mix of experiences. The staff are known to be friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond at times. However, the restaurant can also be quite busy, especially during peak hours, leading to some challenges. The drive-thru service is often praised for its excellent customer service, although the in-store experience can sometimes be chaotic. The restaurant remains a reliable spot for a quick bite or coffee. Staff like Nav are friendly, courteous, and professional, making it a pleasant experience. The interior needs a good painting and update, and the restrooms are not cleaned often enough. The tables are not cleaned to remove stains and crumbs, and the floors are always dirty. The drive through area is filthy with garbage and over grown bushes. The place also desperately needs a bike rack.
