“Would highly recommend this place. We have been driving past Nora's forever, mentioning that we wanted to try it out. Finally made it out, and we were so very happy we did. Nora's is an amazing coffee shop with great food and beverages. The cinnamon sugar donut was probably the best donut I've ever had. Very soft, moist, and fluffy. We will definitely be back again and again as our weekend treat instead of our normal Starbucks routine. It's way better to support local businesses.“

“Decided to stop in and try some treats, as a change from the large chains I’ve been accustomed to eating at. Was beyond pleasantly surprised! We had two doughnuts. Both were incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious!! They reminded me of what doughnuts used to taste like, from actual bakeries, in the 80s. Baked in-house, with plenty of classic flavours to choose from. I also had a cherry strudel and my partner, a butter tart. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend this place’s desserts. It made me wonder why I’ve been loyal to TH when this product is far superior.“

“Only two tables to seat, so not a great option for dine in.the sidewalk sign showed a lot of flavours for the ice-cream but inside they only had matcha and coconut (felt kind of manipulated by the false advertisement as we went inside initially for the ice cream).Had to pay extra for the tapioca pearls as topping but isn’t it kind of an essential part of the bubble tea?!However- they had options for the amount of sugar and ice - which was kind of cool since you get to choose the zero sugar option if you want. I went with zero sugar and 30% ice - perfect for my Oreo coffee milk tea Size isn’t great for the price but it’s downtown- so not uncommon.“

“Not bad, but not supportive of laptop work. They don't even have wifi.So that's the bad, here's the good.Customer Service: Nice, friendly, fast and efficient. Not the most cheerful Barista I've ever met, but everyone has a personal preference that way. I prefer a highly caffeinated Barista with a big smile, but that's not everyone's cup of tea. So 5/5.Food: Typical. Nothing special. I'm sure they use a similar vendor as many other places in the area.Drink: Nothing Special. Good, but nothing unique or mind blowingly good.Atmosphere: Really nice and unique! A beautiful view of the square, great utilization of space without chairs/tables being jammed into each other and a great design-flow. Excellent for meeting up with friends or family to have a 15min chat before going somewhere else. The music is not overpowering either. We can hold a conversation without it interrupting. Conclusion: If you're in the area, it's a great place to meet up and have a few good chats before moving on. Food/drink are unremarkable, but there's good. No wifi means I won't be hanging around, but I think that's their goal.“

“Ordered 2 charcuterie trays last week for 2 separate occasions! They were amazing! Fresh, super attractive, delicious and ready for pickup during the busy Friday lunch hour. Only wee complaint, one was for Saturday and the lovely tasty crackers were a bit soft. Perhaps they could be wrapped separately. Got on Friday because not open on Saturday. Also the trays were taped to the box and was difficult to get out without destroying the beautiful arrangement. I was transferring to a wooden board for serving. Really pleased with the entire experience and my guests enjoy both the presentation and the delicious food.“

Mr. Mango Tea & Juice Bubble Tea • $

“This is a must stop when visiting the market! Mr. Mango offers fresh fruit smoothies and teas and we have never had anything like it. Mr. Mango offers big portions at a reasonable cost and everything is prepared in front of you. We tried multiple flavors of smoothies - strawberry, watermelon, pina colada, chocolate banana, and strawberry banana and several fresh juices (lemonade and apple) over multiple trips into the shop. Everything was delicious and made you want more. The staff was so sweet and friendly, and the owner was a true delight to talk with. This was one of our favorite places in Ottawa and the market.“

“I really want to give a shoutout to the employees here. I left my wallet on the table at this location with a considerable sum of cash and all my IDs, credit cards etc. I realized it about an hour later and went back with little hope of finding it but someone has found it and turned it to the barrista who safely put it in a safe. To me, this shows tremendous customer care and I feel this is deserving of a great rating.“

“Stopped by for a bit of a treat. I hadn't been to a Starbucks in some time. Thank you for not laughing hysterically when I completely forgot how to order using the proper lingo ?Accessibility ♿️ overall was well designed but the washrooms are a tight squeeze for those with mobility devices.Friendly staff and I appreciated that there were a variety of seating options to accommodate different needs and mobility devices.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks offers a good variety of milk substitutes and dairy-free alternatives.Wheelchair accessibility: Seating options are available for different types of mobility devices. The bar height tables, for example, work better for the height of my powerchair as I can sit at the table without having my knees jammed into the edge. There are accessible tables at standard height and also a small seating area with enough space to sit beside other patrons and enjoy polite conversation.“

“Very nice SB, right near the book store and Marshalls in the mall. They have seating inside and outside in the mall, I sat there because it felt like more space with my stroller. Only odd thing, they refused to throw out the little old coffee I had in my personal cup, all previous SBs I’ve visited do that, no problem. So strange but otherwise quick and friendly service.“

“This particular location is special. How special? My wife and I live beside a Starbucks. We drive AWAY from that one, PAST another one to go to our favourite, this one. Why? They are quicker, more accurate, and they (until today) hold your mobile order until it’s complete then call you to grab the whole thing. The right way. Apparently the have been instructed to change this. Shame on you head office, bringing your best team down to be level with the rest. This is the flagship in Kingston, learn from them.“

“Great atmosphere to study and enjoy a coffee and bagel for less than $10. Their staff are so kind and sweet, they always great cute messages on your to-go cups too! Ingredients are so fresh and the price is unbeatable.Especially compared to commercial coffee shops like starbucks, if you ordered their food compared to Cogros it would be double the price and poorer quality. Cogro offers bagels with sprouts and avocado for $5, both expensive ingredients I cannot get anywhere else for that cheap. And the quality is still amazing despite the price.Wait times for such a busy place are very short, but even then, they have their own free app you can mobile order ahead with.Vegetarian options: lots of veggie sandwiches with good protein sources! and if you are vegan, they usually have lots of different milks for your coffees or teas.“
