Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy location with exceptional and amazing staff who are always nice, very easy to talk to, and have incredible customer service. The baristas go out of their way to make customers feel welcomed, and their positivity and hospitality are noted. Many consider it their favourite Starbucks ever, praising the friendly staff as a primary reason for visiting. The place is very clean and is wheelchair accessible.
However, the recent renovations are seen as more geared for rushing customers out the door than having them stay. A significant drawback is the lack of enough indoor seating, exacerbated because the manager and staff frequently use the big long table as a personal workstation. While the overall experience is good, isolated incidents involving rude service have been reported, where staff were impatient and made customers feel quite bad, leaving a bad taste.
Vegetarian options include Baked Apple croissants, Oat bars, and a Grilled cheese sandwich. It remains a popular spot where the staff never fail to impress, despite the constant busy atmosphere.
