So nice to have that calibre of Lebanese and Syrian cuisine in Kingston. Portions are generous, super fresh food and always very friendly staff to help. Didn't have high expectations for this place as I know it's a chain and like yeah it is very much a chain restaurant kinda place, but WOW Tanner made this a 5 star experience (dare I say 6 stars...??!!). Dang. I feel like he would be a great bartender for some reason. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC individual. Glad I was able to meet him, even if only for a sliver of my life. We’re not from Kingston, and Damian went out of their way to help us understand our Mc Rewards points and guide us with the location setting. They noticed we were a family and thoughtfully recommended table service, which really showed an extra level of customer care.

We visit McDonald’s often and usually expect average service, but this location truly stands out. The team serves with genuine passion and happiness, which makes a big difference. Everyone is friendly, and what impressed me most was how kind and patient they are with kids ordering on their own, they make them feel comfortable and valued.

This is definitely above-and-beyond service, and we’ll gladly return!”

“Great place for real quality gelato. I came by for the first time in August last year on my birthday. I was initially disappointed they didn't have any matcha flavour (something I'm crazy for in just about anything) at that time, but the Strawberry Margarita I ended up getting was absolutely amazing. I've had a couple others since which were also delish as well. Plus, I just love that they have a good assortment of flavours that are interesting and fun. So many flavours and always something new. I'm also not a fan of chocolate in general so it's nice to find somewhere with a good selection that includes plenty of flavour options where it's not one of the ingredients. However, they do still have plenty of flavours that do have chocolate for those that do enjoy it making plenty of options for everyone's personal preferences. I don't live in Kingston, but love to drop in every few months when I happen to be in the area. Might I suggest maybe a mango or lychee flavour for the future? My 2 favorite fruits. 😋🍦”

“We stopped here on our way to Montreal and they were super nice and gave us some of the most amazing drip coffee I’ve ever had and some cookies too. Their coffee bean selections were out of the world with some limited editions from Nicaragua and Ethiopia. Really recommend and we’re definitely coming back. Special shoutout to their coffee cup design which was so well thought through, environmentally friendly and really creative.”

Wonderful evening at the always full Grecos Grill & Wine Bar with a wonderful din of conversation, servers happily singing and humming, and the great food. I had the always tender and flavorful bone-in veal chop and my wife had her fave and what she considers the best lamb shank in Kingston! A wonderful meal capped with excellent desserts and coffee. Great experience, awesome menu and specials, and excellent kitchen and wait staff!”

We had a basic cheeseburger and a Montreal smoked meat sandwich. My burger was anything but basic. Flavourful with yummy fresh ingredients and obviously a home made burger patty. My wife had never had Montreal smoked meat, but swears it's just like silverside in New Zealand. Said it was one of the nicest sandwiches she's had in a very long time and she swears by the club sandwich at Morrisons downtown.

The food came out quickly after the gentleman that served us was nothing but polite and patient while we organised ourselves. Even the guys cooking were polite and courteous.

Let's get back to the man taking orders. The place is already so clean it's spotless, but he's out after every customer leaves, something is short on stock or I think to keep busy, cleaning and stocking to make sure the place is immaculate!
