We’re not from Kingston, and Damian went out of their way to help us understand our Mc Rewards points and guide us with the location setting. They noticed we were a family and thoughtfully recommended table service, which really showed an extra level of customer care.
We visit McDonald’s often and usually expect average service, but this location truly stands out. The team serves with genuine passion and happiness, which makes a big difference. Everyone is friendly, and what impressed me most was how kind and patient they are with kids ordering on their own, they make them feel comfortable and valued.
This is definitely above-and-beyond service, and we’ll gladly return!”

“My son and daughter in law were recently married at our home. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Go Italian and their catering service and in particular Jess. They arrived and quickly quietly and efficiently. They made the who experience so relaxing and easy. The food was piping hot and so flavourful. We had four dinner options and each one was as tasty as the others. The guest loved the food! What impressed me the most was Jess’ attention to the food accommodations of the guests with allergies. These dishes were prepared first so there could be no cross contamination. She personally delivered the to the specific guest and I had no concerns at all that each of these guest receive dinners that were safe for them. It was a load off this Moms mind! Lastly, they left the way they arrived quietly, efficiently and professionally. They left enough food in containers for the bride and grooms families and the wedding party to feed their families the day following the wedding. My kitchen was left cleaner than it was when they arrived! Five stars really isn’t enough to rate our experience with Go Italian catering.”

They arrived and quickly quietly and efficiently. They made the who experience so relaxing and easy. The food was piping hot and so flavourful. We had four dinner options and each one was as tasty as the others. The guest loved the food! What impressed me the most was Jess’ attention to the food accommodations of the guests with allergies. These dishes were prepared first so there could be no cross contamination. She personally delivered the to the specific guest and I had no concerns at all that each of these guest receive dinners that were safe for them. It was a load off this Moms mind! Lastly, they left the way they arrived quietly, efficiently and professionally. They left enough food in containers for the bride and grooms families and the wedding party to feed their families the day following the wedding. My kitchen was left cleaner than it was when they arrived! Five stars really isn’t enough to rate our experience with Go Italian catering.”

We’re not from Kingston, and Damian went out of their way to help us understand our Mc Rewards points and guide us with the location setting. They noticed we were a family and thoughtfully recommended table service, which really showed an extra level of customer care.
We visit McDonald’s often and usually expect average service, but this location truly stands out. The team serves with genuine passion and happiness, which makes a big difference. Everyone is friendly, and what impressed me most was how kind and patient they are with kids ordering on their own, they make them feel comfortable and valued.

It was spot on and I enjoyed every bite. My fiance has the prime rib with mash and veggies and it was the highlight. I tried a few bites and had a perfectly seasoned crust and a melt in your mouth center. It was definitely the best prime rib I've had as far as I can remember.
