“First time visiting. Greeted by two friendly servers, hard to choose but i got three soft tacos and my husband chose a burrito. The portions were abundant, prices decent, food absolutely delicious. 10/10 Ate all our food before I could think of taking a picture. My only disappointment - there isnt a restaurant anywhere between Kitchener, London and Kingston. *sigh* Durham or Northumberland County would be great spots *hint hint*”

“Its always a pleasure to have a dining experience at the Mandarin here in Kingston. You are greeted with cleanliness, great professionalism and kindness from the very moment you walk in the door. The buffet is always fresh and delicious and the staff continuously keeps the tables clean and drinks topped up. The management team always makes sure you have the best experience . The whole Mandarin team makes this a delightful experience . I would recommend this Mandarin to anyone.”

“Simply the best Shawarma in Kingston. The flavours remind me of my favourite shawarma place in Ottawa (ARZ) which is now closed. So nice to have that calibre of Lebanese and Syrian cuisine in Kingston. Portions are generous, super fresh food and always very friendly staff to help. Customer service seems to be ingrained in each one of the team. HIGHLY recommend. (Got a 4.99 bowl of lentil soup this time as well….wont be the last time!)”

“I just finished my meal here and it was honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my entire life. It was all the vegetables were completely fresh. All the meat tasted fresh. The staff were incredibly generous and very generous portions. I ate well like I’m full right now. I would absolutely come back here for another meal because it’s great deal. “My wife and I celebrated our 1st Anniversary at the Keg tonight. incredible food. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. We sat across from another couple that was celebrating there 1st Anniversary too. Small world. Joel was amazing at helping us all with the menu choices for drinks, main course, and even dessert. our first time so that was big for us to get this from him. Joel made our experience and evening even better. So polite, entertaining, and knowledgeable about what we wanted. Thank you sir. We will definitely be back and looking forward to seeing you again.”

“Not only the food in this Harvey’s is amazing but the owner Alex saved my life by keeping my purse safely. I stop there before driving back to Montreal. I was tired. Arrived home I realized I didn’t have my purse. I could only pray. I had my keys, my credit cards in it 😥. I drove back with my husband early in the morning at 9h20 am. The Harveys open at 10h30. Alex was already waiting for me with my purse intact. Nothing missing. He blessed me with his smile and a bottle of water. God is good. I believe in angels, a specially nowadays.

“Had an amazing experience today! I ordered a couple order for Steeped Tea, and the girl who prepared it I think her name was Pawanjeet, she prepared it exactly right—fresh, hot, and perfectly brewed.
Her friendly behaviour and quick service made the visit even better. She greeted me with a smile and made sure everything was just how I wanted. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers.

However, prices have increased dramatically in recent years, and it no longer feels like the budget-friendly option it once was. While the app deals can help, a simple meal can now cost much more than many people expect. The convenience is still there, but the value is not what it used to be.”

“Great place for real quality gelato. I came by for the first time in August last year on my birthday. I was initially disappointed they didn't have any matcha flavour (something I'm crazy for in just about anything) at that time, but the Strawberry Margarita I ended up getting was absolutely amazing. I've had a couple others since which were also delish as well. Plus, I just love that they have a good assortment of flavours that are interesting and fun. So many flavours and always something new. I'm also not a fan of chocolate in general so it's nice to find somewhere with a good selection that includes plenty of flavour options where it's not one of the ingredients. However, they do still have plenty of flavours that do have chocolate for those that do enjoy it making plenty of options for everyone's personal preferences. I don't live in Kingston, but love to drop in every few months when I happen to be in the area. Might I suggest maybe a mango or lychee flavour for the future? My 2 favorite fruits. 😋🍦”

From my calling, or emailing
with questions about the various blends/roasts of Coffee, they have always been attentive and helpful with their responses. Thank you Alex, Rich and anyone else I may have omitted (not intentionally).

The people at this company are genuine and show me that they care about their customers. This means a lot to me.

I am enjoying 'Gander'; 1 of 3 packs from my order. I find it just right for my taste - not overly strong or weak and I look forward to consuming my other 2 packs.

Wonderful evening at the always full Grecos Grill & Wine Bar with a wonderful din of conversation, servers happily singing and humming, and the great food. I had the always tender and flavorful bone-in veal chop and my wife had her fave and what she considers the best lamb shank in Kingston! A wonderful meal capped with excellent desserts and coffee. Great experience, awesome menu and specials, and excellent kitchen and wait staff!”

“Our first visit was this past Saturday. The Braised Hanover Pork Steak was the biggest surprise of the night—tender, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. It’s not something I would usually order, but it completely won me over and is now a must-have for next time. The arancini balls were the perfect starter. A great way to begin the meal. The salmon special was equally delicious. We will be back again.”

“My son and daughter in law were recently married at our home. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Go Italian and their catering service and in particular Jess. They arrived and quickly quietly and efficiently. They made the who experience so relaxing and easy. The food was piping hot and so flavourful. We had four dinner options and each one was as tasty as the others. The guest loved the food! What impressed me the most was Jess’ attention to the food accommodations of the guests with allergies. These dishes were prepared first so there could be no cross contamination. She personally delivered the to the specific guest and I had no concerns at all that each of these guest receive dinners that were safe for them. It was a load off this Moms mind! Lastly, they left the way they arrived quietly, efficiently and professionally. They left enough food in containers for the bride and grooms families and the wedding party to feed their families the day following the wedding. My kitchen was left cleaner than it was when they arrived! Five stars really isn’t enough to rate our experience with Go Italian catering.”

My advice order the trio #6, I changed my fries to poutine for an extra charge. Food came out hot, fresh and so tasty. Fries were good, gravy was nice and thick coating the fries, cheese curds melty, gravy taste good not like water, smoked meat sandwich on nice fresh bread and just the right amount of mustard. Good fresh hot food, really good flavours, I didn’t find the sandwich greasy at all, and something different about the gravy…OH YEAH…flavour. Definitely going back.”
