Went to this location and ordered a 14 piece feast paid just about 50 dollars and all I recieved in the chicken bucket was 9 legs and 5 thighs no breast meat at all very disappointing then I was going to call and complain and realize that this location is the only KFC without a listed phone number and after reading all the bad reviews I think KFC should not allow this type of service and should look into this location as you are not paying for what you get

On Family day, Monday Feb 19th around 6ish we ordered on the KFC mobile app for Bath Rd location. We showed up and they were closed, yet 45$ gone from our accounts. Came to this location around 6:30 and explained the situation to the worker who was at the cash. He called his manager and they were more than willing to give us our order without having to repay.
