“I was in the take out section at 4:30 on thanksgiving Monday and despite the inevitable rush on a holiday - the staff were fantastic. They were working hard and fast behind the counter to get all their orders out the door and let me tell you - there were A LOT of them.

To top it off, the staff were really friendly and helpful to the 20+ people waiting not-so-patiently on their orders. It’s as if those who decided to order dinner at 4 o’clock on a holiday forgot that they ordered from a restaurant and not a fast food drive thru.

I didn’t catch the managers names as they were flying around getting orders sorted - but the woman who handled my order (Myah) was very nice to those arriving to place new orders and quick to get things handed out to those how had need waiting.

Will definitely be back !“

“A special thank you to our awesome server tonight, I think his name was Ben. He was dealing with things beyond his control and made the best out of a bad situation. Thank you management for making things right tonight.“

“This was my first time being at Swiss Chalet in over 10 years and my experience was amazing! Keegan was our server and he did an exceptional job at everything! He was charismatic, very on time with everything and just overall a great server. The food was also great, I would highly recommend the sweet chilli wings as well as any cheesecake and the molten chocolate cake. We would definitely come back!“

“The service at Milestones Kingston is excellent. My wife and I had a wonderful evening, shared an appetizer, then shared a main. Our waiter, Brett, offered to have the main on two plates, which came beautifully presented for each of us. Other staff members stopped by. All staff were friendly, attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you.“
