“I just celebrated my 7 year anniversary with my spouse on Sunday night and the service was out of this world. the hostess and waitress went above and beyond to give us the best service. this is our 3rd year celebrating our anniversary on the patio at Aqua Terra, safe to say it is our tradition because we always get impeccable service and food.“

“Our first visit was this past Saturday. The Braised Hanover Pork Steak was the biggest surprise of the night—tender, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. It’s not something I would usually order, but it completely won me over and is now a must-have for next time. The arancini balls were the perfect starter. A great way to begin the meal. The salmon special was equally delicious. We will be back again.“

“We really enjoyed the black dog tavern and it exceeded our expectations. From the outside it looks like any other pub, but the food is above average. We ordered the oysters, poutine, french onion soup and tagliatelle pasta. The oysters were very good. The French onion soup was very very good. The poutine was very very good as well. The women enjoyed her pasta too. Service was great and they have a nice patio at the back. The price of the food is a little lower than others around Kingston and quality is quite high in comparison. I will be back in the future when I visit Kingston again.“

“The most friendly customer service I have experienced in a hotel in many years. The people at the desk were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was amazing !! We ate there 2 time for dinner and the service was beyond expectation. We thoroughly enjoyed Mikayla who was our server and the manager (Jamal) was beyond a wonderful face person for the holiday inn restaurant brand. He was very welcoming and not only an amazing ambassador for Holiday in but also made us look forward to the next time we visit this specific Holiday Inn. Location and customer service... “The service at Milestones Kingston is excellent. My wife and I had a wonderful evening, shared an appetizer, then shared a main. Our waiter, Brett, offered to have the main on two plates, which came beautifully presented for each of us. Other staff members stopped by. All staff were friendly, attentive and pleasant without being intrusive. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you.“

“Truthfully a tad short of five, but rounded up kind of thing. Our server provided great service and was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with. The pizza was quite good and enjoyed. Wings were good as well. Bar like atmosphere, which is not my preferred atmosphere, but it was a nice bar type atmosphere. Surely would come again when/if in the area again.“
