The most friendly customer service I have experienced in a hotel in many years. The people at the desk were incredibly helpful and the restaurant was amazing !! We ate there 2 time for dinner and the service was beyond expectation. We thoroughly enjoyed Mikayla who was our server and the manager (Jamal) was beyond a wonderful face person for the holiday inn restaurant brand. Cheryl was excellent- served us Breakfast
If you’re looking for a view on the Harbour this is the place to go! We had a balcony room facing the Harbour front, great patio plus a live band on Wednesday night.
Dinner menu is limited and offers very little Gluten free options, but a thank you to Dale who looked out for me.
Breakfast buffet not much for gluten free but a great shout out to Cheryl who went out of her way to please me with gluten free toast plus the cook who made me a special GF plate.
